      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they use unreliable local curriers!Last Friday, we unexpectedly had to get an envelope from our office in ********** over to ***** on the same day by 5 pm. By the time everything got set up and the driver arrived to pick up the envelope it was 1 pm. I explained that people were waiting for this package and it needed to be there by 5 pm and to contact me if he could not meet the deadline. The driver contacted the recipient around 5 pm and explained that he was running late and would definitely be there by 5:45 pm. At 6:30 pm I received a call from the recipient stating that the driver called him back and wanted to change the delivery to Saturday morning and was told absolutely not as employees were waiting for their paychecks. Then the driver turned his phone off. The recipient had to call the police to take care of 2 very unruly employees and I personally called the driver, explaining that we have cameras on our building and had his tag number and if the envelope was not delivered that I would send police to his home as he now knows there are paychecks in the envelope. 20 minutes later, he called me back and said he could make it there in 20 minutes. He arrived 30 minutes later in an Uber and did not tell us any reason for his tardiness.The following Monday I emailed NTG to explain the situation and to get refunded as the 4 hour planned trip had taken 7 & 1/2 hours and the driver showed up in an Uber. After 3 days, I asked him for an update and was told that the driver had a flat tire which caused the delay and that was why he came in an Uber. I am a woman and I can change a tire in less than 1/2 hour (not 3 & 1/2) and since the night was so heated back and forth with the driver, he would have explained that he had a flat tire. NTG says that the sales rep needed to reimburse us out of his own pocket on $100 of the $375 we paid which is completely unacceptable.

      After finishing my first and last load with Nolan Transportation Group, LLC, they refused to pay 2 hours of detention time as agreed on rate confirmation. The excuse is that my trailer doesn't meet the customer's requirements (and this is not true). My questions: Were those requirements in writing in this rate confirmation? If I contacted the broker 30 minutes before detention occurred why didn't they tell me about the supposed issue with the trailer? If you decide not to refuse the trailer you have to honor the whole agreement, or at least call me and make a deal with me, the owner.Why do you believe in what customers say over what carriers say? Do you have pics of what they say to take a unilateral decision? Don't you know the engines consume diesel, diesel is not free and why do I have to pay for it for an extra time?Or maybe starting loading late, having no ramp, and taking rest time was the real motive for this delay? However, the agreement is between brokers and carriers, that's why you are making money, and our agreement says detention starts after two hours. Please do not answer contact us because I tried many times to solve this issue and even requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and you ignored my request and even sent fake emails. Load # ******* You have to be serious about doing business and honor your own terms.

      NTG broker is fraud company, i booked a advanced load with Carrier Sales Rep: *********************** for date 8-31-2023 received the rate confirmation but after couple hours they emailed me that the load is canceled due to production issue! I said ok np.And after 2 hrs they posted another load going to same area/STATE so i called and book this Load # ******* with Carrier Sales Rep: ******************************** i drove 40 miles to pickup the load after couple hours they email me that the load is canceled because it was duplicate!!!I asked for TONU they refuse to pay the reason they told me that its advance booked !! Its very disappointing. in my openion this broker is playing games with Carriers they book the load with you then if they find another Carrier who haul for cheap they cancel and give it to them!!!Im going to file a complaint with FMCSA. Also i will claim on their insurance for TONU and for wasting my time

      I think that Nolan Transportation Group, LLC should pay carriers that haul their loads. This is the worst company to get payment from. One load is all it took for me to realize what crooks NTG is. I took a load on 6/27/23 and dropped 6/28/23 with 2 day quick pay. As of today 8/4/23 I am still calling and getting lied to by ******* and ***** in Payroll. ***** even gave me his personal number and even that was a lie.I would not give them one star. Please if you are a small carrier such as myself STAY AWAY from NTG.

      I completed the carrier packet and scheduled a load with Nolan Transportation for the first time. Everything was going well until I reached out trying to sign in to their load board so that I have it for future reference. The rep told me that my company could not complete loads for them until at least 1 inspection was done. I let her know that my company is on an active load currently. After that conversation, I received an email from the rep that scheduled the load asking if the driver has made it to the pick up location. I confirmed that the driver was onsite and was about to be loaded. I started to receive email after email and calls from the the Manager (*************************) stating my driver cannot be loaded and we would not be paid for the load because we didnt qualify to haul for Nolan Transportation because we didn't have an inspection. I spoke with the Manager directly to try and reason with him even asking for TONU (Truck Order Not Used) pay. Which I feel is very fare and what any professional company would do. I was told "NO" we would not be compensated even though my company had to pay for fuel getting to this location, unnecessary mileage on my semi truck, and the wasted time my driver spent driving to the location. I sent multiple emails on this to the Leadership Team and still was not compensated!!DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in this business. Who doesn't pay TONU ($300) for their companies error. They even admitted to it being their error in writing....

      I used them to ship one machine (we rarely use freight) and that went ok. The problems started after the delivery. I am incessantly harassed by sales reps from all their locations emailing me multiple times a day. The routinely call as well. This is no unsubscribe button in their emails, and I have spoken with multiple people who said the would take me off the list. Two months and dozens of emails later that still hasn't happened. If a company needs to harass people non stop to drum up business, that should tell you a lot about them. Will not use again and would nut recommend.

      These guys are horrible to work with. My driver fell sick last min and had to be taken to the hospital in emergency. Told the company as soon as i heard from the driver which was abit late but it was an emergency situation and i only came to know about it an hour before the pickup. These guys rather being cooperative decided to take us off all the pre booked loads we had booked with them in the upcoming weeks and also deducted $500 from the load we had already done for them. Not to forget we have been delivering there loads without a single complain. Just one late notice and that too because of an emergency thats what they do. Totally inhumane by these non professional bunch of kids running the company. Need to get my $500 back which my driver worked for already. NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

      Do not use this company if you are trying to get ahead in the trucking industry. I had a cargo claim with this company in which the insurance did not cover. I agreed to pay it. Had a guy in the claims department send nasty message with the ** included. Defaulted on a loan due to bad payments with the accounting department. No one answers the phone. Over $100k owed to me and was told to stop calling them with the ** included in the email. Been having payroll issues for over a year and still hauled their freight while being loyal. Bad rate cons, kids running the company and they also ran up my accounts to lease trailers by letting other carriers use them and promise to pay for them in their contract but yet fail to do so. After covering the contract, a year, they blocked me off, did not pay and is now using another carrier to do the same exact thing to them. If you are looking for a quick way to bankruptcy, then this is the company for you. Not to mention instead of going in the Army to let a drill Seargent talk disrespectful to you, just call one of the departments at Nolan. I promise they will not let you down. I will be filing against their bond. This was suggested by a few people. I suggest if they owe you, do the same.

      I did business with this company with my wife and myself hotshot transportation business. Took a load from ************ to ***** was told would get **** dollars on round trip. After I picked up load was told it was suppose to be team drivers, broker ask me if I could get load there early Saturday morning. I got load there at 12:30 Saturday morning, broker told me he had a team to take load back okay fine but I want half of the **** he sent my factoring company a rate for **** and said I approve of it and now wont pay me the rest of my money
