    BEWARE Of THIS COMPANY!!!! WE GAVE THEM $385.00 TO BOOK TICKETS AND THEY NEVER GOT ANY THEY HAVE BEEN LYING FOR 3 MONTHS NOW SAYING THAT WE WILL GET OUR MONEY BACK !!!!!! THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!

    When my friend fell and broke her hip, I called to report I would not be able to make the flight as scheduled and needed to reschedule at a later date. I spoke to ------at ----------. He told me it would be ****** to hold the ability to hold the credit. I reluctantly paid the ******. He stressed that when we were ready to reschedule to be sure to call HIM at ---------------when it when we were ready. My, friend made the call, he then wanted to add more charges. When she asked to speak to a manager, the manager said he would get back to her in 24 to 48 hours and see what he could do.Meanwhile my friend and I talked, and she decided to call ****** with the number from their website. Well, surprise, surprise, ************ does not charge for changing flights. I then had my bank reverse the ****** from my account. My friend did likewise.Soon I was getting threating emails warning me that I had agreed to these charges, and they would pursue collection. I told them I knew this was a scam, and I was not going to pay them. I blocked their correspondence after that and have heard nothing more at this point. I have since learned how I was connected to that number, I Googled Hawaiian Air and was given the above number. There was no indication that I was not actually talking to Hawaiian Air. Just as ******* is that ****** knows this is happening and is doing nothing about it. This is beyond frustrating that you can hardly trust almost anything these days.
