The owner Tim was nice and his workers. But now with everything that has occurred I'm starting to think that's how they get you. First the put down kept changing, first it was 13k then 16k. We agreed on the increased amount to 16k they went up to 18k. We said no and was tired of waiting on the final amount. We asked for our deposit back the company finally agreed on the 16k. So, unnecessary time was wasted. Second issue, everything was done so slowww, No urgency whatsoever and every time my husband went to the office he was the only customer. So, they were pretty much busy looking busy. Third BIG BIG BIG ISSUE LETTICIA submitted the wrong Vin number causing more delays. How does one submit the wrong vin? Do we not double check our paperwork. Instead of her going to the DMV and waiting to correct the mistake she just dropped the revision off causing MORE DELAYS. FINALLY we booked our first load 4/30 for $3000. Do you know the TURBO SHUT DOWN. Our truck drove only 5hrs and shut down. Impossible this dealership wasn't aware the turbo had major issues. I know breakdowns happen but not 5hrs in unless you're aware the truck had issues. I'm beyond ****** because we made investments with our own money. No LOANS OR HANDOUTS!!!! So, this experience dealing with this dealership has been a nightmare!!!! I'm more disappointed with the dishonesty of some of these companies especially during covid when everyone is trying to get back on their feet. SHAME SHAME SHAME ON THIS COMPANY!!!

Thank you for taking the time to read our response. My name is Tim ****** and I am one of the owners here at America's Truck Source, Inc., and we understand your frustration. We strive to treat everyone fairly. Down payments are decided by the lenders. Deal duration is very much dependent on the customer's overall credit health and timely receipt of all necessary documents that the lender requests. Cash deals are much faster. There was an error in the title number being off by one digit, not the VIN number and we notified the customer as soon as we were made aware. We have 30 days to transfer a customer's title and record the lien in the State of Georgia. We completed this one in just 7 days. In this time of COVID, all dealers in the state of Georgia are required to drop any title paperwork at the DMV drop box located in the front of their facility. As for the turbo, we had no prior knowledge of any turbo issues with this unit. This unit was delivered to the customer with no check engine light illuminated or fault codes. The customer does have a third party warranty which was explained thoroughly at time of closing. We have already reached out to the customer to explain the Warranty company's claim process again. We appreciate each and every customer and treat them with the respect in which they deserve. Our hours of operation are 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, We are also open 9:00 am to 1:00 pm each Saturday. I am happy to assist any and all customers during these times. We sell used commercial semi's in AS-IS condition. Our goal is to deliver a quality truck, but that does not mean it will never breakdown. And if a breakdown occurs, I do ask customers to call me or their sales representative. I may not pay for the breakdown, but my knowledge may help save them money in making the repair or navigating the repair process.

We are aware of breakdowns because it's expected with used vehicles. However, the type of breakdowns should not occur immediately. We need a brand new turbo. Turbos do not breakdown unless it already was damaged. Not sure how it passed inspection, but we all know their is ways around it to pass inspection. Not saying this is what happened but you have to put yourself in our situation. So, our frustration is unnecessary money being spent on things that should not be happening.

We invested with our own money. So, it's extremely frustrating knowing we missed out on a big profit to help make our money back and get our business off the ground.
