    On Oct 21, 2022 I was in a car accident my car was towed by a different company and kept on their lot over the weekend. My insurance received which shop I would like for my car to be taken to and used Agero to hire a tow service to do so. On Oct 25 I received a text from Unique Towing at 9:18 am saying it was on the way and it can take ****** mins and gave ********** to contact them. It also had a link to track where my car is and what part of the process it is at. On this link it states it was in route at 12:07pm, On scene at 12:07pm, Tow in Progress at 12:55pm, Destination ************ ********* Complete at 2:27pm. On the map for some reason still shows my car at the original wrecker lot but I thought maybe it was a mistake since the service says it was completed. I call the shop I wanted my car to be taken to on Oct 26 for them to inform me my car was not there. Concerned as to where is my car I call the number they had listed just to hear the voicemail and that it was full so I can't leave a message. I call my insurance who then is contacting Agero to figure out where is my car and no one is able to get in contact with Unique *********************************************** this persisted for days. My insurance said they can only call and there was nothing else they could do so I took it upon myself to drive there on Oct 28th at 2:30pm. Upon arrival, I see my car in their lot but no one is there. I call the number again to hear the same voicemail. I informed my insurance for them to say well we need to get in contact with them so we can pay any fees to be able to get your car. Unique Towing was not authorized to take my car to their lot nor did they let my insurance or ****** know my car was there. I called the authorities since my car has been stolen and I cant collect the car. I was also informed that the driver did take my car to the shop and got into a physical altercation with the shop and was asked to leave on Oct 25. It is now Oct ******************************************* contact w/t

    My insurance company sent Unique towing and recovery to me after an accident while pulling my car on to their flat bed he damaged my sway bar by latching the hooks on to my sway bar of my vehicle I had it diagnosed at the shop and they said it came from the towing I tried calling them for days no answer, so I decide to go to the tow yard to see if i could get any help and the driver who towed my car was there Vell, I let him know what my concern was and he immediately started acting frantic and saying its no way possible he did this because hes been towing cars for yrs. He then proceeds to call his boss and they found my receipt from the tow I was explaining to him that I had the diagnostics in the car but he was so upset and unprofessional that we never got to that. He waved his hands as if he was saying leave while i was still talking and walked away. The way this company treats customers is horrible and now my car has serious damage caused by them. This company should be sued and shut down immediately!
