    ****************************************** the website indicated above XXDC Depot purports to carry multiple products for purchase and delivery, just like a normal, legitimate online business. On 9/12/25 we placed an order with this company unaware of its reviews on ****** that it is a scam website, for 3 ******* Pneumatic 3 Pin Concrete Nailer with Case for $149.00 each, plus tax for a total of $357.60, including a discount for spending more money. Please see documents attached for purchase break down. After our order was placed, we never received an email order confirmation, no email for tracking, nothing. I called the phone number on the website almost immediately after the purchase because I needed to correct an error with the order, the phone number displayed on the website is 407- but instead of going to a company business named XXDC Depot, the phone call takes you to a hotel reservation line for *************, not XXDC Depot. After trying to find sources to legitimize this company as real, we were not able to. In fact, we found the opposite. We discovered this website is a scam website with many, maybe hundreds of complaints online.Our resolution would be to get a full refund, pursuant to Californias consumer protection laws unfair or deceptive business practices under the ********************** Code or Consumers Legal Remedies Act.

    The pliers were to have been delivered on July 27, 2025. I have not received the pliers. On July 30, 2025, I called the number given on the order form to find out what had happened to my order. The number the company gave connected to a resort reservation center. I just want my pliers or a refund. Thank you.

    I ordered a hedge trimmer from them on 7/14/25, without knowing the history behind the company. I received a confirmation on their website that the transaction went through, and received an order # (******), but not a confirmation email. I sent them an email to inquire, no response. Their phone number goes to a hotel reservation system. I checked with my credit card company, and there has not been anything posted yet, but they apparently can wait months until they try to use your card fraudulently.

    The transaction occurred on June 25 and I wasn't provided any email confirmation. I called the number and it's a misleading number and I emailed them multiple times and no response. I read today multiple reviews of people that weren't thru the same theft where they paid for tools and then got nothing.

    I ordered a dremel tool off their website a month ago with my credit card. Never got a confirmation email. Been trying to send them emails and when I call their number provided in their website it actually connects you to some hotel chain. Definitely think I got scammed.
