    I am submitting a complaint on behalf of several employees at SWA Connect regarding the unethical conduct of the alleged manager, *****************************. This issue has persisted, and I have been informed by multiple individuals working there who have encountered similar mistreatment. This is not an isolated incident but rather a shared concern among the staff.Firstly, **************** exhibits signs of racism to all of the employees in the office except for 3 individuals whom she favors and bad mouth the individuals at the office to. This biased behavior fosters a hostile work environment and perpetuates racial divisions, which is wholly unacceptable. ********'s actions extend beyond favoritism to outright discrimination against other employees. She does not acknowledge any of the Hispanic or African American employees at the office. Her dismissive attitude towards individuals who do not meet her narrow criteria of acceptability is not only reprehensible but also violates fundamental principles of fairness and equality.I have been told It is distressing to witness ********'s blatant disregard for principles of equality, respect, and professionalism. She aspires to excel as a professional manager, yet her conduct lacks the basic elements of respect towards her staff. Unfortunately, she falls short of being a role model due to her deficiencies in moral integrity, respect, and professionalism. I was told that she is a very hateful person and overwhelmingly difficult to work with by many of the employees at SWA Connect by both current employees and ex employees. Given the severity of these concerns, I urge you to take immediate and decisive action to address ********'s discriminatory and unethical behavior and reinstate inclusivity towards all race and respect in the SWA Connect workplace.

    SWA CONNECT, LLC mislead me in thinking that they were a part of my grandson school . In the event you did not take advantage of the Free Tablet and internet for your student we would like to let you know that although the tablet and service is no longer free. They didn't inform me that I already had a internet company then they would switch over and become my internet provider in which I didn't want that to happen , I called and asked them to dis-enroll me from they company and refund my credit back to my original company spectrum but they haven't done it yet . Below is the link to apply. Please take advantage of this opportunity to get resources for your student if you are in need. The link is below and will be active through the end of November.
