    I ordered 2 size XL long hoodies. When I got them, they were NOT XL , the packaging was wrong . The label in the hoodie showed 3. I emailed several times. They would NOT give me my money back. They offered me $6, then $8, then $10. I paid $66.36. I want my full refund since it was not my fault. They sent the wrong size.

    I would like to return item of clothing that is too small. There was no paperwork or address online or otherwise.

    I purchased an item (collectible) from this company and when I received it the package was damaged. It was simply wrapped in shippers plastic and mailed, not even put in a box. Being a collectible and the item box being crushed, I cannot possibly sell it later. The original box is 50% of the value. I contacted the company and sent them pictures. They do not want to accept a return. They offered me a $3 credit to make this an acceptable transaction. This is in no way satisfactory. If this was a toy for my dog, I wouldn't have bothered asking, but it is not. I am more than willing to send the item back, but they will not provide a return address. They simply want to pay me off as cheaply as possible and not return/refund the item. They are now being evasive.

    This was advertised as a USA made tops. I ordered two tops and found out with the first tracking number that they were made in ******* not ***. I tried to cancel the order but to no avails they won't answer my emails or acknowledge me in any way.Yet in the package was instructions for how to contact them for a refund. I followed their instructions and have sent emails daily and still no response.
