I Ordered for the Organic Skincare products on 4/6/22. I paid $850.00, Received on 4/14/22. On arrival, I noticed that there was no Directions on how to use the products, and 2 bottles came with NO LABELS. I contacted seller with my concern, but she dismissed it.Seller claims products will clear my acne, eliminate dark knuckles, dark feet and other discoloration without damaging the skin. On first application on my face, it burnt my face, I couldn't open my mouth wide, couldn't smile because of the burnt and pain, I contacted seller with my concerns, showed her pictures, and she said its Normal for my Skin to go through this process, which I completely disagreed with her. I requested for a full Refund of my money and do not wish to continue using these products. She sated to me that she doesn't accept Returns and so cannot refund me back my money. She also told me to apply Acne cream on my feet, wear a grocery plastic bag on both feet and pair of soaks when going to bed to clear off my dark feet. I was shocked! Seller is deceptive, she claims her skincare line is Organic, she's giving false advertisements to the public, and charging ridiculous price for skincare products that is very damaging to people's skin. The only Resolution for me, is a total Refund of my hard earned money $850.00 I have attached pictures of the face, feet, the 2 bottles of the lotion with NO label, and prove of payment to her.
