    this is a useless service, they don't provide any details and their billing system is designed to **** you in with a initial "$1" start and then automatically charge with $24.99 a month. they do not have a live customer service and even the online support is hard to reach. when i finally got a online support all they do is repeat the same text "we are sorry to see you go" no additional communication as to why they cant resolve the issue...

    We completely understand your concerns regarding the account. Please share how you initially requested to ****** the account. We will be more than happy to investigate your prior request to cancel.  ReversePhone wants our customers to be aware of the billing prior to creating an account with us.

    Prior to signing up for our 7-day trial, it is required to review and agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy. Therefore, each customer agrees to the terms of our service which includes instructions on how to cancel the trial.

    Upon further review, it appears that we did not receive a cancellation request. In that event your account was renewed to the monthly subscription as outlined on the sign up page.

    Furthermore, your account was closed because it appears you disputed our charges with your bank. Please be assured the account is canceled and closed. We are locked out of any further transactions. You would need to follow up with your bank regarding the resolution of the dispute and the return of any funds to your account.
