I purchase items from wishatl.com for an order around $275 received a email confirmation for shipping but upon checking shipping the shipment was cancel yet Im still being charged! Ive sent multiple email to customer service and Ive havent heard a word from them and it has been about a month since podcasting. **************** is non existence in about to go to there store to find out what is going on which is 2 hrs away from me! After investigating what may have occurred, it seemed that our team delayed your order shipment by trying to locate the correct sizes of both items purchased. The timeliness and communication on the order status should have been addressed and communicated to you. Upon review of this message, we have addressed it with the team and hopefully been able to resolve the issue and send out the product desired. This is not our standard business practice and we are making improvements to avoid such instances in the future. I placed an order with this company, they charged my account and never gave me any sort of information on the transaction after the initial payment. *** reached out to them multiple times and they still never sent any information in regards to my order. I never received the product that I ordered, and they already took payment from me. They have horrible customer service and lack communication.Business Response

Hello, We would like to apologize for your order being cancelled. We understand how frustrating that can be. Upon learning of this, I did some more investigation and found that the reason for the cancellation was a result of an inventory error on our backend of our website which made the product/size available when in fact it was no longer in stock. I wish that you had received better communication from us regarding your order and have addressed my team to make sure if this does happen again, we communicate with the customer or find a similar style to suggest in its place. I further researched the pending refund and it was still pending, perhaps due to the claim with your bank? If you are able to reach out to your bank to make sure we can refund you properly, I believe the amount would be added back asap. The screenshots indicate that the complaint is with Wish.com and not wishatl.com This is not our communication and we do not ask to upload any form of ID to our website. I order a pair of shoes from them on 11/27/2022 I paid ****** I received the order on 11/30/2022 when I received the shoes I checked them out one shoe look like it had been tried on the other shoe is missing stitching I contacted them they said they only receive the shoes never look at them and ********* them off they dont do returns refunds or exchanges that is crazy to me thats like they are just giving people whatever they want to and saying we took your money and you get whatever we give you and you cant do nothing about it. I work hard for my money I expect better from a business. So I just out of my money for something Im not going to wear they just robbing the hood smh ???????.Business Response
