    After multiple attempts to contact Savvi Formalwear (Dapper and Dashing), I am writing to file a formal complaint against Savvi Formalwear (Dapper and Dashing) for a refund request related to an unfulfilled purchase, which constitutes a violation of ********* Consumer Protection Laws. On July 29, 2023, I engaged in a transaction with ***** Formalwear to purchase suits for my upcoming wedding, totaling $1,132.97. This payment was made through a combination of card transactions and cash, as detailed in the attached digital receipt for the card transaction. I recently discovered that Savvi Formalwear has abruptly closed its business without any prior notification. This fact was confirmed by signage left on the door of their now-closed storefront at *******************************************************************, as documented in the attached photo. This sudden closure has left me in a distressing situation, with my wedding date approaching and the essential attire for the groomsmen and groom undelivered. ********* consumer protection laws stipulate that consumers have the right to expect their contractual agreements to be honored, and businesses must fulfill their obligations by delivering purchased goods or services. In this instance, Savvi Formalwear failed to deliver the suits, constituting a clear breach of our agreement. As a result, I am requesting a full refund of the total amount paid, $1,132.97, which was paid using multiple payment methods. I kindly request that this refund be issued in the form of a company check due to the varied payment methods utilized. This solution is fair and reasonable, considering that I neither received the merchandise nor received any alternative proposals or communication regarding the uncompleted transaction. I am committed to resolving this matter amicably, but I must assert my rights as a consumer in *******.I am attaching a parttial payment that was made along with the door signage.

    I paid a deposit and was going to pick up my suit from alterations when I saw a note on the door stating that the business has abruptly closed nationwide. I have my wedding in 1 week and no suit to wear. I can't even get in touch with anyone to possibly get my money back and this is totally unfair to customers. We've spent months planning for this big day and then this company steals our money and does not offer any solutions to satisfy customers that have spent their hard earnings here and now have to start over and pay more money for last minute suits. The contact information left on the door is fraudulent also because it doesn't work and no one answers.

    The business closed without any warning or notification. We have paid our deposits for Tuxedo rentals and cannot get anyone to answer about what they are going to do to fix this problem. They are holding over a thousand dollars from my wedding party without any regard to how they are going to resolve this matter.

    Savvi Formalwear, a branch of Dapper and Dashing, LLC has shut down with no warning, no offer for refunds and no delivery of what was paid for. We are 60 days out from our wedding and are scrambling to figure out how to get refunds for our groomsmen and family and also get new tuxes. Not only did they leave their customers hanging, bit they also left their employees high and dry with absolutely no warning. I have never been so disappointed in a business. Several of our groomsmen have paid in cash and have no way of contesting the payment that was made with no product delivery.
