      Today , June 12, 2025 I ordered 10 wins with mozzarella sticks from Hooters located ****************************. This store is owned by ***** **** who works for the city of *********. I went to pick up my $29.73 order, at the store location. I ordered it on the ************************** website as I usually do when I order from them. Today when I picked up my order. ******* a Hooters Girl who was exceptionally ride, said they don't have mozzarella sticks so I can order a different appetizer. I told her no thanks, I'd just like my refund because I was ordering lunch. And my lunch break was almost over. She said fine but she couldn't refind me. I showed her the contact us information from the website that states that I would have to have the Hooters store I ordered from to process my refund back to my original payment method. She said she isn't authorized to do so and it's against their company policy. I showed her the information on the website again and she said she didn't know and she's 4 get her manager. The Manager came out argumentative because I advised her of the information provided on Hooters website. She says she would have to email her manager, district manager, and someone else in order to process my refund. I told her that's fine. She said you can just wait for the mozzarella sticks to cook. I said no thanks again and that I wanted my refund. The Manager storms to her office I assume without telling me whether she processed the refund or not. ****** starts being rude and calling me hostile because I was being direct about wanting a refund! I told her that I will find out the store owner and complain to him and request my refund for the entire order because now I was being disrespected!! And yelled at! I walked out of the store and I saw and heard ****** through glass doors telling other customers how ignorant she thought I was. And I said again I was going to complain to the owner and BBB about the establishment. Her manager yelled she was banning me from the store.

      On May 4th 2025 I contact the Hooters in *********** I had noticed several charges on my debit card statement from there location. My issue was is I had never been in ***********. In fact during this time I was in ********** receive treatment for stage 4 cancer. So I was hinders of miles away. On the May 4th I spoke with a Manager named ****** and she was very nice tool all my info, last 4 of card, dates and amount and she said that she would pass this info to her general manager and that he would follow up and his name was ****.After 2 day I called the store and spoke with **** he was not helpful at all, seemed to have a very bad attitude and said there really nothing he could do. I explained to **** that my banks dispute policy was told to me that per their agreement with **** they only have 60 day from the transaction date to file a dispute and 60!days has passed. And that my bank stated even if they filed a dispute it would automatically be denied by the disputes **** because of the 60 day policy. And I explained to **** that I had just noticed the charged when I looked at my statement as I had a lot going on between being home in ******* and traveling to ******* for cancer treatments **** was a very rude man and stated to me " that's really not my concern or problem *** I can't help you and just hung up on me " I have never felt to disrespect by anyone in my life and it was also very unprofessional and unnecessary. My bank advised me to just contact the merchant directly and see if they would just reverse the charge and issue a refund as that's would be the best course of action. However **** the ******** GA general manager didn't want to even hear anything I had to say again was rude and very unprofessional and what he said was inappropriate.I hope at the corp level they can resolve this issue and refund these charges.       On today February 19, 2025 I called to place a pick up order at exactly 11pm. To my surprise the employee informed me that the kitchen closes an hour early at your Conyers ga, location. Now I am unaware that the time stamps on your website is incorrect. Maybe you guys should update the hours so that they reflect the new hours that the ******* location go by so this will not happen to future customers. ********************** is one of my favorite dinning areas and this issue seems to be the norm at your Conyers, ** location.Thank you for your time.

      On November 1, 2024 I left Hooters and requested an ***** I was not on Hooters property when a Hooters Supervisor named ****** called me back to the deck area. I went back onto the Hooters property and talked to Shadia. She asked me what I was doing and requested my pictures from my smartphone. I did not take any pictures of Hooters employees.The *************************** came and filled out a police incident report for ******. I did not receive a ticket or a citation however the police officer told me to not come back on this property. I left Hooters with **** and was confused why the police officer told me that.On November 4, 2024 I tried to obtain a copy of the incident report from the ***. The officer said that the incident report was sealed and that I could not have a copy of the report.On November 26, 2024 I went back to Hooters ************** and sat down at the bar. **** and another supervisor came up to me and he handed me a Criminal Trespass Warning Letter dated November 4, 2024. the letter stated Based on your recent pattern of improper, unlawful, and/or threatening behavior towards Hooters employees and guests at the Hooters of ************************** you are hereby notified that you are prohibited from remaining in or entering upon the Hooters of ************************** operated by **************************I never did anything unlawful or threatening towards Hooters employees or guests. I never cursed anyone and I never received a verbal warning from Hooters. I was a patron of this restaurant for years and I feel insulted and slandered. I am not a criminal or repeat offender and can prove it.I would like to be reinstated as a Patron of Hooters ************** (************************).

      So I place an order 20 mins ahead of time at the location in ****** the staff didnt have the order at all total bad customer service no type of empathy spoke with **** worst manager I see why hooters is going out of business go twin peaks I will never visit another hooters ever

      On 9/30/2023 I visited one of their location and spent approximately $300 and paid on a credit card. My server was Genesis *********** I told her there would be no tip. I closed out and ******* wrote in a $300 tip on my bill. Another server told me she does it all the time, and boasts that when customers leave the tip blank it is because they want her to write in what she feels she deserves. My complaints to the *** ************************* have been ignored. I then contacted Owner *******************, and was again ignored. I then called CEO, *********************, on 3 separate occasions with no call back.

      The manager ***** at the *************************************** location on ***** hwy is the WORST manager I have ever encountered! My order was completely wrong! My husband has a allergy to onions and even after specifying NOT TO ADD ONIONS! Not only did they add onions, they gave him onion rings. I called the store spoke with ***** said he was the store manager. He refused to take the food back, he called me a liar, was rude, yelled at me, was arrogant, over talked me and never allowed me to finish a complete sentence and basically tried to call me a liar on multiple occasions. Even going as far as to lie and say we looked at the food before leaving and that too was a lie. My husband only looked in the bag to check for condiments. My husband was very upset because that would have been a trip to the *** but he wasnt on the phone I was. The manager instead of engaging me was trying to have an ego match with my husband who was in the background. He hung up and I heard him call me a dumb n*gag which is crazy considering so many black women work there!

      Me, my wife, brother, sister in law and daughter were eating for my wife's birthday. Before ordering food we all were brought a drink. My drink was full of broken glass. This was not noticeable due to the color of the cup. I sucked up pieces of glass in my straw. The result was a mouth full of blood and 2 teeth I'm having to get fixed. When I brought this to the managers attention he put the blame on our server for "taking a broken bottle " out of the trash to make my drink. Both the server and manager admitted that they made a huge mistake. To make it right the manager offered to take the drink off our bill, the drink that had broken glass in it. A $7 drink doesn't make up for the near $20k worth of dental work, doctor visits and migraines from this. Unfortunately I wasn't able, financially, to get the work started on the broken teeth immediately so I was adjusting how I chewed which started changing my bite leading to an abcess in my check and migraines. It was a huge insult to me for the manager to offer what he did and never even said we are sorry. I've had a lawyer send them a treatment plan from a dentist. Yesterday after several months Hooters insurance company denied liability. I'm not asking for millions of dollars. I was asking Hooters to cover the dental work that they caused and admitted to it being their mistake. I was hoping they would do the right thing, but now that they haven't I will resort to asking for a jury trial. We've eaten at Hooters all over the world, this happened in *****************/********** *******. I've had gastric problems as well so I may need to have that looked at to make sure the glass didn't do anything past my mouth.
