      I order online for delivery and my order got cancelled and never was refunded my money back. I called corporate and they told me I would hear something back in 10 days. Now its been two weeks and I still havent heard anything back. I called yesterday and the customer service *** told me there is nothing that he can do.

      I have been calling since Jan 2025 to get employee discharged form I havent worked there since October 2024. Every time I call the customer service **** tell me it will be emailed and I still havent received it. I called all day on July 17, ********************************************************************** my email before the day is over and it wasnt. I called again on July 18 in the **** before my doc appointment and *** got smart and so did I wouldnt even let me talk kept interrupting

      06/27/2025 2:38pm CHURCH'S TEXAS CHICKEN #****************************************************** ************ CASHIER MIKERRIA G I placed order here order was incorrect was giving spicy food but order was for original and was they cursed me out threw drink in my car because they wanted to argue instead of correcting my order so my money was never refunded they got the food back I called corporate no return call as of today and explained it they assured someone would reach out no one has attempted to call or refund my money im very upset cause all I asked was can they refund me since they gotten their order back the lobby was closed so I had to go back around the drive thru to be thrown drink on and cursed out and my car beaten with their fish banging mh windows

      There was a $6.99 8 pc *********** coupon that was emailed to me on the morning of 07/03/2025. I tried to redeem it and nothing came up on the app to redeem it. No QR code or anything, so the clerk could not discount it. I was there for almost an hour trying to redeem it with no success.

      This guest received an email about that $6.99 8 pc offer b/c her most frequented location is a location (#***, ******** AL) that was participating in that offer.  She tried to redeem the offer at a different location (#*****************, **).  The reason why the offer didnt show up in her app is b/c she selected #**** as her location while she was traveling and the app wouldnt show her the ** code that would have showed up if she were at her usual home location.  
      Weve gone ahead and deposited 250 points to her RR account to thank her for her loyalty and for bringing this to our attention.

      On November 4, 2024, I ordered chicken and okra from Church's Texas Chicken at ****************************************. I used their app to place the order for delivery. Shortly thereafter, I got a text from the delivery driver saying the order was canceled because the restaurant was out of both chicken and okra. The driver was from **** Eats. I tried responding to him, but I got an automated message. I called the restaurant and the lady who answered the phone told me she told the driver to contact me and ask if I would like a different side as they were out of okra, not chicken. Instead, he walked out. I did not receive my order and when I asked about a refund, I was told to contact *********. But my account was charged by Church's Texas Chicken. I have filled out the "contact us" form in the app several times and have not gotten any response except for a survey for me to rate their customer service. I am a senior and a disabled veteran. Every ***** is vital to my budget. I cannot afford to let this go and they should not be allowed to treat people this way. It had been a long day of doctor visits and tests and I didn't feel up to cooking. I had to find something for supper or starve because my order did not get delivered. I intend to do a complaint on *********, too. That driver should be held accountable to his part in this mess. At this point, with everything that's going on in this world, I expect to soon not have enough money to live. It's not right and I want my money back. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

      On 6/22/2025, I placed a pickup order from Churchs Chicken at *************************************. The order included a 10-piece family meal and a paid add-on of a 6-piece Honey-Butter Biscuit ($5.99). When I got home, I discovered the extra biscuits were missing from the bag.I tried calling the number listed for the store *************), but it was disconnected. I had to search online to find a working number. When I finally reached someone, the employee was dismissive, offered no apology, and told me I could come back within 24 hours to pick up what was missing. I had to inconvenience myself to return to the store to get food I already paid for.That same day, I submitted a formal complaint through Churchs Chickens website and asked to be contacted by management. I never received a reply. Days later, I received a satisfaction survey asking if the issue had been resolved, despite never being contacted by anyone at the corporate or local level. This shows a clear lack of accountability and poor follow-through on Churchs ******* make matters worse, the food wasnt even good. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant mix, and the overall quality was underwhelming. My brother and I were both disappointed.This was my first time ever ordering from Churchs Chicken, and because of how I was treated by both the store and the management team, it will also be my last. Youve lost me as a *********** also requesting that all of my personal information be permanently removed from your system. I do not consent to it being stored, shared, or used for marketing. Please confirm that my information has been deleted.

      On or about 12/15/2024 I placed an online order. One of the items was corn of the cob. Upon arrival at the ******, ** location I was told the restaurant no longer served corn on the cob and that I would have to get a refund through customer service. Since that time I have emailed at least 5 times with no reply. I have called at least 8 times and kept being told my complaint was being escalated and someone would respond back. I was told messages were being forwarded to the owner, area manager, and district manager to return my call. Over 6 months later I received no response. I called the area manager phone number on the business door and left 2 messages with no response. I called the store manager and asked why the area manager was not calling back. The store manager a ***** yoa Hispanic female whose name I reported in earlier customer service complaints was extremely rude and basically told me I complained all the time. I have had several issues with this location with chicken being very dry or the wrong pieces being put in my order. On one occasion the wrong pieces of chicken were put in my order. When I returned to the store to get it correct pieces the cashier took 2 pieces of chicken from one rack and the 3rd from another rack. The chicken was supposed to be spicy. When I questioned him he admitted giving me a regular piece of chicken without asking me. I questioned that same female manager who seemed unconcerned, but subsequently made an order of spicy chicken after I protested. I am requesting a refund and a callback from the district manage to discuss why my complaints have gone unanswered for over 6 months and the rotten attitude of the staff at this location. I eat at Churchs chicken the next town over at least 3 times as much and have never ever had a problem with the food or staff. *************,** location is top notch
