  I had a great experience with Firebrand roofing company from start to finish. They came out the very next day after I contacted them, which was a huge relief. Throughout the process, they were incredibly communicative at every step. Their team was thorough in both the inspection and the work itself, and I really appreciated how trustworthy and professional they were. The pricing was very fair, and I never felt pressured or ********** of the best parts was the detailed pictures they provided before, and after the jobit made everything clear and gave me total peace of mind.Overall, I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, honest, and efficient roofing company.

  Over a year ago I started observing wet spots on my ceiling whenever it rained heavily. It was not quite time to replace my roof, based on the warranty I received when it was last shingled. A very good friend recommended Firebrand Roofing & Construction company to me.Their representative came out and inspected my roof and hail damage was discovered. I contacted my insurance company, and they verified that the leak was in fact due to hail damage.Firebrand Roofing was contracted to do the replacement.Its been over one year since the work has been done, and to date there has not been any further issues with my roof.Firebrand was professional, punctual and personable. I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to anyone who needs roofing or any kind of construction work on their house.

  I cannot rave enough about my experience with Firebrand Roofing. They came highly recommended by my in-laws, who had the roof replaced on their large, high-end home. They couldnt stop talking about how **** (the owner) really knew his stuff, handled everything with the insurance companyeven when the insurance didnt want to cover ***** made the whole process completely hassle-free. They loved that they could trust him to handle a complex, upscale job without having to micromanage every ********* own experience was smaller but just as telling. I had a leak and thought about replacing the entire roof while **** was already up there. But instead of pushing for a bigger job, he told me not to waste the money because it genuinely wasnt needed right now. That level of honesty really stood out, and I cant say enough about how comfortable it felt to trust his recommendation without worrying I was being sold something unnecessary.Over the past four years, **** has never nickel-and-dimed us. Hes checked in to make sure the leak stayed fixed, and even took care of a minor, unrelated issue just because he happened to be in the area. Thats the definition of someone who truly values long-term trust over a quick profit.If youre looking for a roofer or even just wondering whether you actually need one, do yourself a favor and call Firebrand Roofing.(No I was not paid for this reviewI just really loved my experience with them)

  ^^Photos to include with your review.This company is amazing! My insurance company initially only approved a small portion of the damages. Without involving a public adjuster or attorney, **** and the Firebrand team took the leadfighting for full approval of all shingles, gutters, siding, metal roofing, the deck, shed, and complete exterior painting.**** also took the time to educate us throughout the process, explaining why a partial repair wouldnt meet current building codes or material compatibility. In the end, our only out-of-pocket cost was the deductibleFirebrand handled the rest by going to bat with the insurance company.

  Had an amazing experience with Firebrand. We forgot to tell them that our builder had repaired our furnace vent in the past due to a leak, and they went above and beyond after doing the roof since the leak popped back up, and they repaired it quickly. It speaks volumes that someone holds to their word and their warranties.Highly recommend them to everyone! ***** Corning Duration in the color Williamsburg Gray. They did our home in *******. Our roof replacement is amazing!

  Five months ago, I met with the owener, ****, to talk about getting a new roof. Right off the bat, he was super helpful and he took the time to educate me on what would be best for my home, even if I didnt end up going with him. No sales pressure, just straight-up honesty.I had to put my roofing plans on hold for a few months, but **** kept in touch, checking in every now and then to see if I needed anything. Once I was ready, he made the whole process easy. He walked me through everything, answered all my (many) questions (quickly too), and kept me in the loop the entire time.When it came to installation day, I was seriously impressed. They knocked out the whole roof in one day, and the crew was nothing but professional. You could tell they actually cared about their work. They stayed late double-checking everything, put my patio furniture back exactly how it was, and even checked my driveway multiple times to make sure there werent any stray nails.I feel 100% confident in their work, and even more confident in Boaz that if there are issues, I know h*** take care of it.Super happy with my new roofwould recommend these guys to anyone in a heartbeat!

  Firebrand roofing did an amazing job repairing my window and roof after a tornado knocked a tree into my ceiling and window causing a significant water leakage, a whole where my window used to be, and large shards of glass everywhere. They came so fast seeing as this was an emergency and were so professional. They took pictures of all the damage caused by the tornado, made recommendations, boarded up my window, ordered a replacement window, cleaned up all the glass in my living room, and gave me an estimate and their availability on when they could come back to fix all of the damages. They are amazing and what they do and extremely professional! Cant wait till they come back!

  ********** team were able to get some extra inspections done on the roof of the home that my husband and I were under contract on. With a short window of due diligence, this was extremely important to us! Not only did Firebrand go out to the home for free, they provided a thorough quote for all necessary repairs. **** even called me after to talk me through each item on the document. We plan to use Firebrand for repairs after we close on our home. They work with integrity, professionalism, care, and wonderful customer service!
