  I'm not a PA resident and have never consented to spam real estate listings from **. EXP Realtors ***** ************* ******* from the ** ***** team have been kind enough to spam me despite my lack of interest or consent

  I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Our realtor was shady throughout the entire process. He returned calls and emails if and when he got good and ready. Finally changing his phone number and ghosting us. Failing to finalize the deal, relisting the property 9 days before the agreement was up. Then lying about to his supervisor. Not being able to contact anyone localy I went all the way to corporate with it. The lead realtor from the local office finally called me back, apologizing and making promises that never came to fruition either. The entire company seems like a scam at this point, doing underhanded shady deals. To make the entire process even better, I am blocked on most of their social media for commenting and expressing my displeasure with their performances.

  Thank you for the feedback regarding your recent experience.Once the concerns were brought to the brokerages attention, the matter was reviewed and both the client and the agent, were contacted. The agent acknowledged that he did not follow up in a timely manner and stated that he had lost his phone during that time. The issue was addressed directly with him, and he received coaching regarding communication expectations.We understand that the buyer ultimately chose not to move forward with the purchase, and we're truly sorry that his experience did not meet expectations. We strive to provide a positive and professional experience for every client, and we regret that this situation fell short.

  Beware of the affiliate program. We have been severely mislead and lost money we couldnt spare. We pay 250 dollars a month to be their preferred roofer, but they continue to market other companies, and also send other roofers to bid against us.The only answer they could provide was that ***** doesnt have any control over her team. Very let down, especially after the level of service we provided them.

  Unethical business practices. The selling agent said that there were multiple offers, didnt provide a DMOP and later said there were not any other offers. We rescinded that offer and put in another offer. He never presented it to the seller and said they were taking the property off the market only to find out they are still holding open houses.Called the **************** and she hung up on me. Messaged the managing Broker ****************. He told me he would call later that day or the next and I have heard nothing from them at all. Guess I need to put in a complaint to the ***** about the agency and the unethical agent.

  At first, I was thoroughly impressed by their realtor's exceptional communication skills and apparent eagerness to expedite the sale. She maintained constant contact, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had. Little did I know that her haste was primarily to offload this property quickly. Integrity is paramount in any transaction, and it's important to note that every statement I make from here on out, I have proof of. Unfortunately, my experience with this realtor was incredibly disappointing. As a first-time home buyer, I relied on their expertise and guidance to make a sound investment. However, the realtor misrepresented the property, falsely claiming that certain repairs had been made when they clearly hadn't. This led to safety issues that should never have been overlooked. As a result, I cannot recommend this realtor to others looking to buy a home. Transparency and honesty are vital in this industry, and regrettably, they fell short in providing that. Also, I strongly suggest any prospective home buyer working with this realtor to conduct a second inspection and meticulously verify every detail independently. Trust but verify should certainly be the mantra when dealing with any information or assurances this realtor provides. Vigilance is key when making such a substantial investment in a home.

  Very poor communication. Ended a contract early. Me and my wife are out a thousand dollars plus time. They dont want to rectify what they did wrong. They dont wanna make me and my family hole. Something very shady going on with this company. The signatures look very fake and very vague. Using vague names and such. I should have taken them to court when I had the chance too. There brokers are rude and dont care about the situation.

  Thanks to *****'s help, I was able to buy a house in ******** she is very nice and very cute, if you want to buy a house to your liking, come to *****, she will help you. (although We don't speak the same language but she will work to help you understand the problem)

  They stand behind unethical business practices. They back realtors that lie, deceive, and fraud others for their own financial gain. Shady practices!
