    The swim cap worked perfectly. It stayed in place and kept my hair dry while snorkeling in the ***************** a few weeks ago.

    *** purchased two items. The swim cap and the sun hat. Both are excellent products and they serve their purpose as intended. Im very satisfied with both.

    I love my sun hat!! It was the perfect buy for my trip to *******. It held up through all of my adventures- from river rafting to the beach. The string on the hat was also perfect for those windy moments. I even bought a hat for my daughter for band camp. Will definitely buy another!

    I would give them a negative 10 for review. My daughter hair was immediately. For $50 this was definitely a waste of money. Reached out to the company July 6. Haven't received any responses. But they keep sending the message saying " I heard you need help. Ive sent pics started the return process. And nothing from them. Didnt work for us. Think twice before you order

    I absolutely love my swim cap. I have long locs and I needed a cap for my water aerobics class. I am able to workout in confidence that my hair is dry. The satin lining is a plus! I would definitely recommend this product.

    Ordered the swim cap and it's too small. Reached out to the company and haven't received a reponse yet. I've called and emailed. So now I'm just stuck with a product I can't use even though they said Satisfaction guaranteed. So this company is just taking your money.

    I needed a swim cap that would cover my protective hairstyle while doing water aerobics without slipping off. Hairbellas product is perfect. It fits over my hair keeping it protected with satin lining and it stayed on the entire water aerobics session. Even though I dont put my head completely under water my hair would get wet, not with the hairbrella. My silicone cap fit but would eventually slip off partially through the session, hairbrella stays put.

    I love my Hairbrella shower and sleep caps! They protected my locs while I shower and sleep! My hair retains its moisture and style while I perform my duties or rest! I highly recommend this brand!

    Back in April I ordered 2 swimcaps from Hairbrella. I opened and tried one of the caps and after several tries my hair was still getting wet. I finally returned for a refund less the shipping. I sent back both caps and waited for my refund but never got it. I reached out and was asked if I would consider an exchange instead, which I agreed to. I ordered the sleep cap and the shower cap. They sent the sleep cap within a few weeks (around May 17, 2025) but I never got the shower cap and no proof that it was ever mailed. June 10th received an email from ****** informing all customers about an issue with fullfilling department partner and promised all back orders would be sent. 3 weeks later nothing has been shipped to me. I have reached out twice about the shower cap to no avail. At this point I want my refund for the shower cap. The sleep cap I got and hate it and I am done with this company for good. Being black owned was the reason I even tried to work with them but I have lost all respect for this company as a whole. I will continue to complain on ******** about this company.

    Swim cap does not keep hair dry. They sent emails before items arrive saying how grateful they are, and to reach out with any questions. Once items received I got another email asking for review. When you go to leave rating, it prompts you to their website, no where to actually review. I emailed that I was having leakage problems, initially just asking for additional tips/techniques. I was content enough with my hair being mostly dry, even though the claims of 100% waterproof obviously werent correct. I thought, hey maybe user error, or simply a defective product. My email was met with an auto bot reply that theyre so busy, expect response within 72 hours, itll be a week tomorrow I havent heard anything. The next day, I went to put away the still damp cap and both of the plastic clasps fell off, broken. I submitted a return request at that point. Still no response. I left this information on one of their ads, another potential customer replied thanking me for saving them. Before submitting this review just now I looked for my post and the company had removed it.
