1 starThis is a horrible company and needs to be looked into throughly. Every building they manage has the worst staff that will take your application payment and give you the complete run around. The buildings they manage have the worst staff. And for some reason the number on their website KEEPS CHANGING. which is very suspicious. I challenge anyone to call. YOU WILL NOT GET A REAPONSE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY THERE ARE SO MANY HORRIBLE REVIEWS THAT NO ONE LISTENS TOO. 1 starTook my money for an *************** received an email stating someone from the office would call me & if I had any questions to contact the office. Well I never received any calls , voicemails, or follow up emails. I have called everyday, emailed them & submitted a case & still yet to be responded to. If I could rate 0 stars I would, do not rent here!Stonemark Management, LLC

1 starStonemark management LLC is ruining my life, and they are scamming me. These are not humane living conditions. They lied on a rental verification saying I owed money that I didnt even admitted it was upcoming rent not a balance I owed so I wasnt able to get approved at the new apartment in time and was forced into a hefty month to month rent price. Mold everywhere. My stepdaughter was sick the entire year she loved their soon as she moved out she was fine we ran test at the doctor turns out it was the mold. They are charging me cleaning and carpet fees when I have pictures showing how clean I left my unit. The corporate employees do not respond and if they do they are rude. My partner didnt have a working AC upstairs for 7 months of his 12 month lease. The cps bill was outrageous for an apartment. People broke into the basketball court every night breaking into the breaker turning on the stadium lights shining directly into my bedroom window playing music until 3 am I was sexually harassed by men at the basketballcourt no security here and they would park behind my garage and didnt have an active contract with the towing company for 11 months of my 12 month lease causing me to miss work several times because someone was parked behind my garage blocking me. The lights were on for weeks at a time I would tell the office I couldnt sleep due to disturbances every ******* never cared. They are charging me for things I am not liable for. This is a nightmare go look at all the 1 star reviews for the ******* at ************** and all stonemark LLC properties were all having these issues. The 5 star reviews are all within days of one another which is fishy the office will ask you to leave 5 star reviews. This place is ran horribly they will close maintenance request without fixing them. The pain and suffering I am dealing with is like no other. Im 34 been renting since I was 18 and never dealt with this or eviction please someone look at all these 1 star reviews!!Stonemark Management, LLC

1 starI've been having loud bass noise issue and property manager been over several times to witness for themselves over a year 1/2 and there seems to be nothing that she can do. So i reached out to Stonemark Management i have 4 case numbers and no return calls or emails.Manager ***************************, Mar 9, 2023 at 1:16 PM Im addressing your issues with the bass above I know you have made Several Calls on the unit above for the rumbling on March 2nd-March 9th. On March 2nd, The tenant was emailed about the Surround sound Bass. I have walked your unit and witnessed the noise you reported then knocked on their door and did they did not answer. I verbally issued a warning on March 3rd as well. I will do a written warning as of today March 9th. 1 starMoved out of *********************** on September 6th 2023 and was sent an invoice on September 11th 2023 stating my security deposit would be mailed. It is January 9th **** and I still do not have that deposit for $235. I have called 3 times and spoke to a supervisor 2x over the course of 2 weeks. I have yet to receive a phone call back or a check in the mail. Beware, they will withhold your funds.Stonemark Management, LLC

1 starI lived at ************ in ************, ** for 2 years and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I had previously given a 5 star review and liked living here while Stonemark was managing it. However, I moved out in September before the management take over happened and have had an AWFUL experience with trying to get the deposit back from Stonemark. It has been 4 months since we moved out and they refuse to help us with getting the deposit. They keep saying that they will mark it as urgent, but they do not contact us back and we have yet to receive it. I work in property management as well and it is completely unacceptable that we have not received our deposit in 4 months. You are now withholding funds from us and you legally had 30 days to return our deposit. No one has even attempted to reach out to ask us for our return address. It is frustrating to have to keep calling back while you're getting no where with whoever you're on the phone with. All we are asking is for someone to assist us.Stonemark Management, LLC

1 starI have lived at one of this companies' property for 2 years and it has been issues the whole time. When moving in I was surprised to learn that they have a terrible ***** and rat problem. Leaks, problems with A/C. The place is really in need of updates inside and out. However, I have been dealing with a leak that has caused my water bill to be high for months. This is my second time dealing with this. The first time my money was credited back to me. I have been waiting for over 3 months to receive a refund this time. I keep being told by management in the office that they have sent a request to refund my money or credit my account over and over again. They were supposed to send someone out to locate the leak and repair it but that has not happened to date as of yet either. I suggested that if needed I can move out early so they could locate the problem in the event its inside since this is the second time its happened. No response on that either. Yet, I am having to pay the full amount of the water bill and still pay rent. The Upper management of this company is horrible. The response and customer service are terrible as well. They will state to reach out to them only for them not to respond. And by tenants' rights in my state, I thought they were supposed to have the repair completed in 14 days or I am able to terminate my lease. In this economy, everyone does not have the resources to continue paying extra money for services and also expected to pay rent. I also have spent so much money on buying containers to protect my things from the rats, roaches and etc. I was forced to move into the unit because the one I applied for when I came here had so many roaches it was not livable. And have had 2 pay $200 more than I was supposed to. This has been horrible from the beginning. Just as they expect my money for Rent, they should make repairs and refund my money in a timely manner. 1 starIm leaving a review for both Bradford ***** Apartments which is under Stonemark because nothing is getting done and its really upsetting me and something needs to be done. We went from paying **** to almost **** through online system and its pretty hard to get services done to your expectations. They do a lot of patch up work instead of re*****ments. The refrigerators and stove/oven combos have been here since the ****s theyre very outdated. For us to be paying almost ************************* expect new appliances.The fridge leaks lots of water.The oven wouldnt go off after switching to the off button the stove worked when it wanted to and sparks blue flame from shortage, the oven and the stove cooks unevenly its either over cooking my food or undercooking because it goes in and out. The water pressure from the sinks **** its very low need new sinks installed.Had rats and roaches when we first moved in didnt **************** after almost an entire year of staying. The air did not work I asked them to re***** unit they just put Freon in and it ended up going out completely in the middle of summer while being upstairs with and infant and toddler was with out air for a week.The pool never hardly open during the summer I had to beg them to open it closes way too early it still be hot out. The dishwasher stinks and it never worked old and outdated.The bath tub in the master room drips water all day they so called fixed it , its still leaking and I made a request to fix it when I first moved in in 2021. we deserve better for the price and they kinda have these well youre just going to have to wait or I dont give a F type attitudes when asking for services/re*****ments. My complaint is with Stonemark because they did nothing to help me resolve the issues Im having with a company under their management! What can I do to get some new appliances and better customer service.They keep marking my service request as complete but nothing has been doneStonemark Management, LLC

1 starIn November of 2021, I submitted a deposit of $250 to *******************, ###########. I just buried my mother and I needed a place to stay because I was staying in a motel and it was costly. I was so excited to be moving into my own place. My leasing consultant , *************************** had previously given me a Welcome Home letter of what was required of me before moving in and all fees that was charged. So, I went to look at my new apartment home ############and to my horror nothing had been done to my apartment home. As I peered through the window all I could see was garbage everywhere. I could not believe my eyes. I was moving in two days. I went to the office and told another leasing agent that my the apartment home was not ready for me to move into and her response was why did I go look at my apartment. To make a long story short I was told by *************************** I would get my deposit back. But when I went to the office to get my deposit back I was told they had fired ***************************, and I talked to who ever was in charge and they told me that I was not getting my money back. She also claimed she had called and my daughter and she did not respond to her calls. I was the one handling all the business because my daughter is an over the road truck driver she should have called me she had my number. I think *************************** stole my money and he was your agent. I live on an fixed income and I do not like being grifted out of my money. "CAN'T TRUST ANYBODY THESE DAYS". 1 starIn August, 2021, I submitted a deposit of $375 to ********************** in *********, **. I was needed to move out of my home by August 13, 2021. But was told by ******* that the apartment would not be available until Septembe, 2021. I informed ******* that I wished to withdraw my application. He told me he couldn't find the money order and I would need to investigate it and conduct a trace. I presented *************************** at Madison **** a copy of the money order in December, 2021, showing her that it had been endorsed and cleared by ************. In response, ******** informed me that the refund process would take approximately 45 days to complete. The 45-day period would have started around the first week of February, 2022. It was not until April 6, 2022 that I contacted them by email regarding the status of my refund. I did not receive a response. I sent another email to her on April 12, 2022 and she advised me that she would forward the information to her supervisor, *******************, for a follow-up. I was informed on April 21, 2022, that she sent my information to the district manager who must then forward it to the accounting department for processing. I received an email on May 11, 2022 informing me that her DM had not followed up with her regarding the deposit. I emailed Stonemark Management regarding this situation on August 26, 2022, and all I received was an automated response stating: "Thank you for contacting Stonemark Management. A representative will contact you shortly." No one reached out to me. In my last contact with Madison **** on September 7, 2022, I informed them that I would be pursuing legal action since I was unable to resolve this issue on my own. The same information was also communicated to Stonemark Management via email. A civil court hearing was held on February 14, 2023, but no one appeared. The judgment was sent to Stonemark Management by certified mail on March 30, 2023. As of yet, I have not heard anything from anyone.Stonemark Management, LLC
