    My ceiling in my apartment is leaking and has black mold creating holes and water damage in my apartment. This issue has been going on for a year now me reaching out to my leasing office is useless they have not sent anyone out to fix the issue. I was never offered to move to another more safe unit. I pay my rent on time every month and I have still not gotten any help. Now I would like to get out of this lease and I am getting the run around.

    Tenant is still in unit and paying rent. They were given the option to move and have decided to stay. Because we have a great community. All issues were fixed.

    This is a bold face lie I have current pictures of water leaking on my bed after a rain. Me having to move furniture in or for it not to be destroyed. Putting buckets around my home because my elderly father could slip and fall. For them to say that all issues are fixed is comical. To say that the community is great is so far from the truth. Above as you can see I have new pictures and proof that nothing was fixed. I was never offered to be moved into a new unit. Who in the right mind would agree to continue to live under these conditions? So again I am reaching out because I have no other choice, I am paying rent because I do not have a choice. What I am being put through is unfair and a hazard to myself and any company I choose to have over. It is embarrassing and costing me money every time a piece of my furniture is damaged.

    Ms. ********* roof was fixed. She was allowed to get out of her lease however she is still in the unit and is still staying there

    I am rejecting this response because: ************ is refusing to take responsibility for their actions or should I say lack of! I was forced to go to the leasing office on several occasions to try to beg them to break my lease where I wouldn't be charged or lose my deposit. I was forced to live there at the time because I had literally nowhere else to go. The fact that they don't know that I am out of there now and I currently have my own home because after this experience I could never rent at another apartment complex again is beyond crazy to me. I am completely moved out of there because my father was getting more and more sick as I waited on a response that never came from the company. I currently have a email that I sent to the leasing office out of courtesy and I have yet to get a response. I will have that letter attached to this response. It is clear that this company has been getting away with taking residents money and not helping them when they have issues in there apartments. November would have made an entire year I was dealing with this mold and destruction of my property with no compassion from the company or compensation. It is evident to me that they don't plan to make this right nor will they take responsibility. Moving forward I will show all of these messages and all of my property damage to the state attorney general because for some reason this company feels that lying about the status of their property and the mental state of their tenets is acceptable. All though I am no longer living there anymore I had a significant loss in property due to their negligence and the health decline for my father I am not letting this complaint go lightly.  Whoever is responding back to the BBB with these lies I hope you have some proof to back it up and get ready because I am not letting this get swept under the rug.

    Peach State Property Management Pros has changed Owners at least 4 times since I moved in 02/28/2022, at the time my incident occured a *************************** said he was the owner of the property. I had to apply for rental assistance, *********** was aware and had filled out the Landlords application for me to recievie the assistance. my case worker Ms **************** was very patient sending numerous emails to *********** needed the owners correct info and rent ledgers, from July to September no response then all of a sudden he left and I didnt find out until October when I was able to finally reach ******* because they never answer the Property Number and no one was in the office. I was told he was gone so I explained to her, my caseworker was still waitning on the said information, ******* said she would reach out and give it to her and did. The Payment was recieved late Novmeber, now ****** is the new PM who told me she would enter amount Paid, get the balance corrected on my acct., December 3, I go in to the office she had not corrected it yet, I called the same day and spoke to ****** who said they didnt get the payment and asked if I could get UW to cut a check and I go pick it up and give it to her so i sent the email of payment, went back into the Office Dec, 14, asked ****** again who yelled, ****** told me to come back because she was busy, so I go back the next day, talked to ****** who said she would enter payment, the next day Dec.16 I came home to an eviction notice on my door. I immediately answered, go to court they dismissed their claim and sent a ledger with the dates they filed the claim for paid, now are not renewing my lease so I have to uproot my son and home on their false claim. I am Disabled and recieve AHV and I feel they are discriminating my SSDI *** me being an AHV recipient. I feel violated and embarrased and have been mentally damaged and stressed from this, as my lease ends 2/28/2023 I feel I should be refunded for their frivilous claim as remedy.

    We do not renew leases when balances are on the ledger. The tenants portion is not paid regularly leaving a balance on the account and grounds for filing an eviction.  It is not possible to refund United Ways money to a tenant as that would be many violations. In Georgia landlords and tenants have the right to not renew leases.
