    This management company owns ************** apartments in ******, *******. Residents are told to take maintenance requests, safety concerns, and general grievances to the management company rather than our apartment complex office. The problem with that is that the phone number listed on file is not in service, and the physical address of the management company is not an office building but it is a grocery store. When my roommates and I attempted to contact this management company after being lied to and dismissed by our facility management, we have gotten nowhere. We cannot contact the 3rd Group Properties company as none of their contact information is valid. In the middle of the summer in lower *******, our air conditioning unit is broken, as well as multiple other residents units (as we were told by one maintenance worker). The sitting temperature of the 3 bed and 3 bath apartment is 88F, with all overhead fans running on their highest speed and all doors and windows open. The property management has told us, after being made aware of this issue for a week, that there was nothing wrong, that we were not using it correctly, and we were exaggerating the problem. They never sent a technician to assess the problem. They also told us that the problem would be fixed tomorrow, however weve been told that for a week now. We have asked for any fans or portable AC units, as our apartment is so hot we cannot stay there, and the property management sent one unit (meant to cool a single bedroom) for us to cool the entire apartment and has ignored any communication we have attempted since then. Based on other reviews of this 3rd Group Properties company, there are serious issues with their business practices. There is no way for any person, resident, employee, or other to contact this company as they have advertised themselves under false contact information, and properties are not able to provide any other means of contact with them.
