      I am the owner of Full Dollar, a retail business in *******. Since 2017, I have maintained an active paid subscription with *** Silver, now *** Voyix Corporation, for my business point-of-sale system. The system was sold under a Free Hardware Bundle promotion that included software, support, and integrated hardware such as the *** Quantum POS unit, printer, tablet, and EMV card reader. My signed 2018 agreement clearly shows monthly service fees ($99 plus $19 for an additional device) with no hardware lease or separate financing. The hardware was part of the bundled subscription ******* the past, *** replaced defective EMV card readers under this same plan with no charge. Recently, my integrated EMV reader stopped working, which prevents me from processing customer payments. After following their required process, *** acknowledged the issue but then refused replacement, claiming the device was out of warranty. They are now demanding payment for hardware that is contractually included in my ongoing service plan.I have repeatedly contacted *** via phone and email (customer support and billing) without any resolution. *** has stopped responding entirely, despite continuing to bill my account. My business has lost revenue because I cannot process transactions through their required hardware.This is a breach of contract and unfair business practice. *** advertised and billed this service as an all-in-one, fully integrated system with hardware included. Their refusal to replace required hardware while continuing to collect monthly service fees is deceptive and unacceptable.I am requesting that *** Voyix (*** Silver) either:1. Replace the defective EMV card reader at no cost, consistent with prior replacements and the original bundle terms; or 2. Refund the service fees collected during the time they failed to provide operational equipment and support.I have attached email last conversation since they now refused to answer my emails and calls

      I made a cash deposit at a allpoint atm located at ************************************* ( Inside of ******). On July the 9th 2025. My cash was never deposited into my Capital Once checking account. I reached out to allpoint atm customer service (Rissa) she stated its nothing allpoint atm service can do I have to call me bank (***********). I filed a file with *********** 7/9/25. On 7/18/25 *********** emailed me a decision saying its denied because theres no transaction history at the atm. I called allpoint atm back they told me a technician has not been sent out to the atm. ******* said its nothing more they can do without more proof.

      Date of Transaction: 16-Feb-24 Monies paid: Approximately $2500-$3000 We hired NCR to install a point of sale (POS) system in our business. on the go-live date. the installation was a complete failure. They could not get it to work, the online ordering system (70% of our business) was not ready, with a 2 week later timeline expected. We requested and were granted a cancellation of the install. We requested refunds for monies spent and requested that they remove the equipment on install day. They did neither and just walked away. It took roughly 2 months before they came a removed their equipment from our site. We are now getting emails saying we owe them money with a transaction date of 02/16/2024. They hired a collection agency yesterday and requested $8397.68 from us for the February 16, 2024 transaction. We have attached the account cancellation verification and refund communication emails.

      I paid for a monthly service with this company. I no longer used their services as of December 2023. They continued charging me monthly for services I didn't use. I finally canceled services with this company on October 3rd, 2024. I was told my cancelation would take 30 days to process. I was charged on 10/17/24. On November 4th I requested they be canceled again with **** *********. I was charged again in November, December and January. I emailed AGAIN and was told by ******* **** that my "last invoice will be for **************** month. This invoice comes out mid-January and it will draft mid-February 2025." I was CHARGED again on 1/14/25!!!

      We recognized duplicate billing on our account. *** acknowledged it was in error but has failed to refund us the money. I've requested an update on the funds multiple times and am not getting an answer. I need assistance in getting a refund for the overpayment on our account.

      This company has harassed me. They have threatened me. I tried to make a payment plan and it changed twice. Then i didnt have the funds and was harassed the same day. im a single mother with two kids. my last pregnancy i was diagnosed with Vci and put on disability for only 12 weeks at 23 weeks pregnant. this company could careless about a mother trying her best. absolutely rude. I also find it extremely odd on a few times i was called, it was for a different person. then i spoke to someone who verified its for me but i dont have it on my credit report seems very fishy how i can be served but its not on my credit report.

      I went to the atm at ******* used the cardtronics all point terminal kr003138 date 9/26/2024 at 14:26 sequence number is 1892 by debit ending in 3212 I made 3 withdrawals for $300 each and the last $300 didnt dispense the money and shot out a receipt saying it did and I need the money today to move into my house and this is ridiculous

      On 9/6/2024 at 8:16 AM on terminal FIA80032 at ********************************************* I attempted to dispense $400 from my cash app card. The *** made noise like it was going to dispense money, but never did. It repeated the noise again like it was having trouble but again, never dispensed any money. The bank name on the receipt and *** was *******************. I ****** them and call to find out that they are not affiliated with the ***, a third party owns it, **********. I call them they tell me I have to dispute it with my bank, which is fine. I go to dispute it with cash app going on 4 times now to have them deny my dispute. NCR Atleos has been no help since. All I want is the money that is mine that I never received. The company has been nothing but unhelpful. I have filed a police report with the ******* Police, the case number is 24-023910. NCR Atleos tells me when I call that they will reach out by email, only to never do so. I have never had to deal with deception like this as I have with this company. They shouldn't have a business with ***s if they can't make any mistake or error right on their end.

      On July 4th, I went to use their all point *** and it took $300 back from me after a couple seconds saying that it had timed out. I called about the *** they told me to contact my Bank. After it posted I filed a dispute with the Bank, I was told my dispute was denied. After I was denied I called the *** Atleos which owns the All Point ***, they told me weeks ago theyre a small company and it would take time. But I also know someone has to put money inside the ***, so obviously they would see that the *** was $300 over

      I terminated a contract with NCR to provide point-of-sale services for my restaurant on May 31, 2024. I had completed my initial 3 year term on the contract for services after which the contract automatically renewed itself for 12 months but these subsequent terms were not subject to early termination fees, only a 1 month notification requirement. NCR's own finance analyst provided me with this information as documented in her email attached for your review. NCR is stating "your contract has been terminated before the end of your Initial Term" and that I owe for the 11 months remaining which totals $14,043.13 including taxes.I told NCR not to take out any funds from my bank account until I was able to see the agreement about termination. They provided the agreement 3 days ago. I had never seen this addendum before. NCR initiated a debit for this $14,043.13 amount from my bank today. I have stopped payment until I can dispute this amount. The resolution I am requesting is that if the $14,043.13 was successfully debited from my bank (NCR initiated the debit today, 6/21/24) for the 11 months early termination, then that amount is returned to me. I should owe NCR only 1 month's fees through June 30, 2024 since I gave notice of termination on May 31, 2024. I will pay this one month's fees separately.
