            We signed a contract on 7/20 for pipe replacement and ceiling/wall repair/repaint. I was quoted $7750 for the whole job. Plumbing was completed on 7/22. I then paid plumbers first half of the total. On 7/30 a painter came to fill the cut holes and repaint my house. The work done on the ceiling was not satisfactory. Initially we cancelled the second check but resent the final check as of 8/6. We reached out to Ed who was in charge of the repipe project on 7/31. We've had a few leaks (which Ed knew about) and we were told this is the main reason why the ceiling was not popcorned. We've only had leaks in one part of the house. There are many spots nowhere near leaks that could have been popcorned. Ed even stated he was surprised his painter never sanded. We believe Ed's team did not do everything they could. We've had to call a new company to fix what Ed'd team should have been able to. We want a refund equal to 50% the quote to repair our ceilings. Quote is $1100.

            I used this company to install a $10.00 p trap under a bath sink that I had installed. I made the mistake of not getting an estimate because I thought, how much could it cost to install a $10.00 p trap? Well, this "company" charged me $887.00 to install it. Apparently plumbers now make more than neurosurgeons. The guy they sent didn't clean up after himself, the p trap was all out of whack, and there were plastic shards everywhere where he cut the pipe, and I only wish I could post the pics on here. They look like my 10-year-old nephew installed it. I have had the charge removed from my credit card and had a handyman redo the entire thing. He charged me $75.00 and it looks great. Stay clear of this company.
