    I had a consultation at *** and ************ for a tummy tuck and liposuction. As part of the intake, I was required to upload **** full-body photos to an app. When I arrived, they retook the same photos in person, making me question why the original upload was necessaryespecially given the sensitivity. A sales representative (not medical staff) had access to my patient chart and those private images before my visit, which raises serious privacy concerns. During the appointment, I was told Id need to lose weight before surgery and was prescribed 2 weight loss medications. The consent forms clearly stated I needed baseline labs beforehand, which is standard practice. However, those labs were never done. I brought it up in person, then again via the patient portalno one ever responded. Yet within 48 hours, I received three text messages and two emails asking me to leave a review. I had to message them asking not to be contacted further for reviews, and only then did those messages stop. At the two-week phone consult, I explained that the medication wasnt working and I hadnt experienced any appetite suppression. I also reminded them that labs still hadnt been done. The nurse didnt seem to understand the point of baseline labs and said theyd take labs ant my one month appointment. When I said that wouldnt be baseline labs she offered to send me for labs thentwo weeks into treatment, still not baseline. I also pointed out they never measured my waist, despite the goal of reducing inches before surgery. She dismissed it, saying they could start measuring if I wanted. At the one-month in-person follow-up, the doctor wasnt expected, but the nurse had not spoken to him to see if he was going to change or increase my medications. I had shared all this info two weeks prior, and she let me drive over an hour just to tell me shed talk to him after and then give me a call and they could mail the meds. That was 11 business days agono one has followed up yet.
