Consumers that contact the FRONTLINE Response Center are provided with a comprehensive customer service experience. This process first and foremost involves our technicians listening to the caller's product and flea and/or tick concerns. Next our technicians gather additional information to gain further insight in to the reported flea and/or tick problem. Our technicians then provide product education in order to set proper product expectations along with discussing environmental factors and how that impacts a pet's re-exposure to new flea and/or ticks. If still dissatisfied after receiving this information our technicians will then detail the consumer on the SATISFACTION Plus GUARANTEE program which includes explaining the eligibility requirements and compensation options available to choose from. If the consumer is interested in moving forward with the guarantee our technicians will initiate the process.
