I have been working with this company since September of 2024 on my car accident case. This company seems to misuse customers information and allows anyone access to the customer information. I want to directly address your concerns regarding the handling of customer information and the alleged miscommunication.
First and foremost, we take the protection and appropriate use of customer information very seriously. At no point was any information misused or shared improperly. Access to customer data has been strictly within the boundaries of our professional responsibilities and internal protocols. If there was any misunderstanding or miscommunication on this matter, I'm more than willing to clarify it-constructively and transparently. However, I want to be clear that the accusation of mishandling information is unfounded and not supported by facts.
As for your accusation of no communication, again that is NOT supported by the facts. A representative of our office spoke with you on 3/7/25, 2/10/25, 1/30/25 and 1/13/25. You also spoke with someone on 4/16/25 or should I say yelled and shouted at a member of our staff before abruptly hanging up. In the April 16th conversation you stated that you are considering seeking new representation. While we would hate to see you go, sometimes it's best to sever ties when there is a lack of trust or communication as alleged in your complaint. I have reached out several times and again the information that was provided has no clarity or connection to my claim. The call that was referred to about me yelling did take place after I filed this complaint and went to their office and still couldnt talk to anyone and still with that call none of my concerns was addressed or even acknowledged. I got a lot of excuses about the situation. I do not want the representing me.

We employed the firm 10/20/25 due to being rear-ended. ***** (case manager), ****** (chief officer), *******, **** *********** and ****** (paralegal) are not helpful or responsive. They won't call or text me to answer my questions. And the online portal does not work. We were told to go to **** for medical treatment. **** did not help us. We told ***** and she did not do anything. We didnt know until now that we could have selected our own doctors. My mother is 71 years old and has 9 herniated discs and I have 4 herniated discs due to the accident. I didnt find out until late January that **** is our lawyer. On 4/7/25 I asked what the process is to disengage the firm. ****** said I need to send a letter and that a lien would be put on us. The same day, I asked for the full name of the owner that is on the radio advertising your firm. I also asked for a face-to-face to be scheduled with a lawyer. And I asked for them to make things right. There was no reply. I emailed again 4/11/25 and found out that **** is on leave thru July. Only found out because she has an away message on. Later, ****** emailed me and told me she would disengage us with a lien. I never sent them a letter. I simply made an inquiry. I asked them to make things right. Who is working the case if **** is away? We received a letter from Progressive that we each were getting $25k and that they sent the checks to the firm in March. No one at the firm told us. Why not? We are still seeking treatment by coming out of pocket with other doctors. The one and only time I was able to talk to **** in January, I told her to use my uninsured motorist. No one told me the results of my request. ****** did say though that they used $5k from my medical payments. My full limits are 50/100/50. Wheres the rest of our settlement? Threatening a lien if we go with another firm is unethical. This firm has not worked in our best interest.Business Response

Since we were successful in securing the policy limits on the liability portion of the claim for both you and your mother, as outlined in your signed contract, we are entitled to be compensated for the worked performed; hence the lien.
In light of your recent communications to the firm expressing a lack of trust in the firms representation, we believe it to be in the best interest of the firm and you to withdraw as legal counsel. The attorney-client relationship relies fundamentally on trust and open communication. When that trust is no longer present, it becomes difficult to continue providing effective representation. We respect your position and believe that it is in your best interest to work with counsel in who you have complete confidence.
The settlement check received for both you and your mother will be returned to the insurance company, as well as, the medpay funds. I am rejecting this response because: I contacted your help email address twice with no response. No one helped when I reported how things were going with our cases. You did not inform my mother or I that you received both $25k checks. You kept the checks a secret. **** did not communicate with us and she is currently on a leave of absence. You cannot perform your job if you are away. How do you keep lawyers employed that refuse to talk to their clients? How would my policy be used to pay out my uninsured motorist without a lawyer? Why were we not informed that **** is on a leave of absence? You were supposed to use my uninsured motorist policy and secure payment within the 60 days of the end of January. That did not happen. $25k each does not pay our medical bills nor does it help with the pain we are still in. Your firm does not care what happened to **. We were the victims and we are being treated like we did something wrong. Again, my limits are 50/100/50 so how does securing $25k each acceptable? How can you say you did your jobs when you kept both checks? We have never seen the checks. No one at the firm effectively communicated with us. ****** refused my calls and texts and didnt call me back. And we have no proof that **** negotiated our medical bills down. We were going to walk away with practically nothing. My moms medical bills alone are over $41k. We did not get a fair settlement. We did not get anything. You do not deserve to be paid. Besides that, I did not disengage the firm. I sent an inquiry asking what the process was if I chose to do so. I asked your firm to correct your wrongs and make things right. That did not happen. You should not attach a lien to either of us. Shame on you for trying to defraud me and my mother that is 71 years old. You cant have a good life or a longstanding and successful business doing bad things to people. I repeatedly tried to get our case settled in a satisfactory way but your employees refused to advocate for us. Your advertisements are false. Hired this firm to assist with my accident that happened last year 2024. The firm lacked communication and professionalism while handling my case. I decided to disengage from the firm back in December of 2024. Ive sent numerous emails and made numerous calls for the company to send the insurance company a letter of disengagement stating they do not represent me in order for me to speak with them regarding my case. The letter she is requesting was emailed to her on 1/17/25 and again on 2/24/25. The letter was also mailed regular and certified mail to her on 1/21/25. The client retained new counsel who also reached out to us on 2/21/25 requesting the letter and it was emailed to counsel on that same date. The postal service shows that the certified letter has been sitting at the post office waiting for her to pick it up. See attached. This is not good use of company time to respond to frivolous complaints such as this.

Fraudulent, fake, lying lawyers I opened a case with My 25% Lawyer October 2023. I completed chiropractor treatment February ************************************** my money. Theyre getting other clients in my case mixed up with myself. Theres no communication.Out of nowhere, my case was handed over to ***** My case has been completely downhill since. She never answers her phone ,never respond to emails. I ended up having to reach out to upper management, case still has not resolved.After being given the runaround multiple times and lack of communication, I took it upon myself and showed up at the office early December 2024. To my surprise, they did have a check for me, but it was only one. They owe me two checks which I specifically told them I would pick them up.I spoke to **** on 12/23/24 and was told my check would be in the office 12/26/24. I informed her I would be at the office on that date to pick up my check. , I got sick and was not able to go on 12/26/24, but I went on 1/3/25. Per the receptionist, there was no check there for me. Like before, I was told they were not in the office and there wasn't anyone I could speak with. I immediately emailed **** and the "manager," *****. **** advised me there was not a check there for me, but for my brother and my check was mailed. Mind you, everyone else has already been paid in full.**** claimed, because I use my brother's email, she issued a check for him instead of me. Shes lying and her story is not making sense. When I talked to her on 12/23/24, we cleared up the whole name confusion thing, acknowledged my brother had already received both his checks and I was told the check would be made out to me. I am rejecting this response because:my 25% Lawyer continues to lie to me. They are aware of my name and who I am versus my brother. They are also aware that my brother has been paid in full from them so why would they even issue another check in my brothers name if that was true, they can simply put a stop payment request on the check if that was true and issue a check out in my name I have made them aware of who I am on several occasions and this is a lie that they continue to use to try and keep my money. They also try to keep my brothers money as well as my mothers money. They had the same issue. This is something that they do. I think to collect funds on every client. They ignore my phone calls ,my text messages my emails.
I have attached three emails in which Ive sent them advising who I am. Ive also told them this over the phone as well right before she said she was gonna let me pick up the check on December 26 so theres no reason why anyone should still be claiming they are not aware of my name when it was my case Im the one open the case with them And everyone else in the case has been paid in full by them. Im the only one that has not received my full compensation.

Good morning my name is ******* ***** my accident was July 6th 2024 I went to the hospital after the hospital I contact 25% loyal while I was at the hospital being seen I was hit from behind Mr ***** sent me to acia chiropractor I was there from July I want to say 8th from August 16th if I'm not mistaken the hospital was calling me for payments I gave them her information she asked me for a couple of my ID because she claimed that the hospital had to know who I am whatever that's supposed to mean so I stopped being phone calls about payments and all that nobody called me no more about payments my car never got fixed I finally called her 3 days ago which was November today is November 9th I say November 6th or 7:00 and she told me due to liability I don't have liability insurance I have full coverage because I pay car note you know she start coming with all this side talking and you know basically she didn't do her do diligence because she wouldn't do that as a lawyer before you even drive off a lot you have to have full coverage because you're paying for a car that's Georgia law that's any law she basically told me I need to find someone else that remembered you lied to November I had to get my own police report and send it to her I have emails I have text messages I have every proof that I need I'm going to file a complaint on this business definitely I'm very disappointed you know thank God I'm safe during the the accident but time you cannot get back I was out of work for a while they had me on medication I went to the *** I have back pain you know like this from really wasted my time and as I'm now looking at a lot of people reviews that they don't place on that site to know the real you know they have these superstars campaigning for them on the radio when they're false they're fake and they're not here to help the people they had to hurt the big people claiming 25 years of business when I'm looking on here they only been in business 5 years sound like a lieBusiness Response

Liability for the accident was denied by the at-fault drivers insurance company, which meant they could not authorize repairs to your vehicle. In such cases, UM coverage typically steps in to cover the costs. However, your policy did not include UM coverage, which is essential in situations where liability is denied. While full coverage includes comprehensive and collision insurance, it does not automatically include UM coverage. Unfortunately, this lack of coverage meant there was no viable claim to pursue for vehicle repairs under your policy.
Our role is to guide clients through the claims process with the insurance company to secure payments for medical bills and wage loss. While we recommended providers to treat your back pain, we are not involved in paying medical expenses directly. Ultimately, coverage for these items depends on the insurance policy in place. I consulted with My 25% Lawyer to represent me in a injury that I received after a car accident. I settled with the insurance company and they sent them the check. This company refuse to mail the settlement check to my resident. I have resided at this resident for the past 7 years. They stated that this address is undeliverable. However, I get mail her every day. Then they stated my daughter can come pick up the check and I agreed. However, her check is not ready so she won't be going there no time soon. Hello Ms. *************** believe this is a case of miscommunication. Your street name was entered into our system as "Crecent" instead of "Crescent." When our Accountant entered the street name into the postal system, it came up as not valid. A member of our staff verbally confirmed your address by simply stating it to you instead of spelling out the street name to make sure we had the correct spelling which explains why the address continued to come up as "not valid." We made both settlement checks available for pick up and advised of same by leaving a message with your daughter. Both checks have been at the office waiting for someone to pick them up since 10/24/24. In no way, are we ignoring or avoiding your calls. There are several ways to get in contact with someone at our firm; specifically, by dialing the main number and speaking with someone in our customer care department.

Attorney **** J.'s of My 25% Lawyer has been unresponsive and has not provided a timely update on my daughter's personal injury case. I'm still trying to understand why my daughter has not received her settlement from an accident in which her treatment ended in April 2024. Again, ****************** adjuster said My 25% Lawyer has had the check since August 19th.The last communication you stated you were going to check with accounting to see if they had my daughter's check. We have not heard anything since. You and I still have not had a phone conversation. My other daughter's check was received on August 29th. I started working with My 25% lawyer in October 2023 and its been a complete nightmare to say the least. I have called, text, and emailed them several times and they never return my phone calls or emails. I have even reached out to the office manager and she has also ignored my emails. I am supposed to receive a ****** check from the insurance company but Its been over a year of working on my case they still dont have the ****** check and wont even explain to me whats going on. I also dont believe they even negotiated my case at all. I was initially told by the attorney that the insurance company offered $6,000 and then the second time the insurance came back with the same offer again. My medical bills were $10,000 and the insurance is only offering $6000? How is it that I can be on the hook for the additional bill? It appears that My 25% attorneys dont fight at all for their clients to get the best amounts. Furthermore my treatment was completed in early 2024 and it took me calling several times to even get my first offer about 5 months later. I am now waiting to close my case but no one will contact me to finalize how I will receive my check or finalize my ****** from the insurance company.Business Response

We spoke directly with Mr. ****** ***** and resolved his issue. His case was transferred to someone else who has provided updates about his case. We sent him the final settlement documents to sign, which he signed on 10/31/24. We are working towards disbursing his funds and closing out his case.

A few days ago I reached out to this firm, they delayed contacting me despite but they delayed contacting me despite saying they would. I contacted them again and was told they would contact me late at night or the next day.The next day they contacted me to go over my case. We went through it, I provided a number of details and photos, I was sent over a contract to sign and told that I would be contactedlater that day. I read the contract and recieved a message abot an issue I had with it. Upon getting the reply I informed the company that I would not be signing the contract. I then left a completely true review on ****** reflecting my interaction with the firm. The firm then responded with a number of false statements.Business Response
