            I purchased a folding chair made by this company less than a year ago. It was used 3 times and it's falling apart. I emailed the company to tell them about it and they said that they have no replacements so they couldn't help me. They didn't even offer me a refund of any kind. So I told them that I would file this complaint with the bbb.

            I have one of their chairs. After a dozen uses the seam unraveled. I contacted them and they got back to me right away. Nothing they could do. Try taking it back to the retailer, we don't have parts, we don't have replacements. The retailer I bought it from is over 200 miles away. So I am stuck with the bad chair. They were very polite while they were telling me they could not do anything.

            We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations.

            While we try to help out as best as we can to help with your situation, there are limited parts and products that are able to be replaced. Unfortunately the chair that you are referring to is only available for replacement at the store that it was purchased from, as discussed in your conversation with us. We would have happily sent you out a new product if we had it in our warehouse, however they are only kept within the physical retail locations. We do not have access to the store's inventory to help remedy this situation.

            Again, we apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you as your safety and the quality of our products are our top priorities.
