            I purchase products via lowes and the faucet leaks (new install) the faucet should have a one year warranty - the number I recieved from Lowes for them is disconnected and so the warranty is worthless. They have no numbers to call. the ** is ********* I want a new faucet to replace what is defective

            Bought a 10x10 D Garage by Walsport one year ago. Framework has stood up well, but the cover is thin and has warn through on the top seam which now leaks onto the storage inside. I contacted ******* who were not helpful as they only sell the product, they do not deal with issues. After much insistence on my part, they put me in touch with someone at Walsport. I sent pictures of the wear on the top of the cover and the response I received was "do you want to purchase a new cover". So, given that response, this product is not expected to last more than one year. I asked this question of the Walsport representative, and their reply was it should stand up for several years "if you avoid using it in bad weather". What is the purpose of a garage but to protect items from the elements. They are not willing to work with me to replace the cover. Terrible customer service. Huge waste of money!
