I purchased Honey Pot pads from ******* about 5 days ago. I used it on the 1st day of purchase. With In two minutes the product was burning my skin and I removed. Wash the area and still continue to burn. For several days extreme discomfort and area was red and swollen. Seek medical attention and they prescribed 2 RX. One of them RX was not approved by Insurance due to cost. Still in pain and can not get one of the Rx because its $300.Initial Complaint

I purchased 1 pack of the Organic Overnight, Herbal-Infused HoneyPot menstrual pad at Target. After applying the pad, I experienced the sensation of burning within seconds. The ingredients in the pads caused me major discomfort and irritated my private areas leaving a rash.Initial Complaint

I purchased lubricant from Honey Pot. The order number is ******. I spent $58.48. But never received the four items I purchased. I reached out to the company about resolving this issue. They were responsive, initially. However, they have since stopped responding to me.Initial Complaint

I have been using honey pot sensitive since it came out. I have very sensitive skin and other soaps cause me to have irritation and rashes. I usually stock up on them because they are one of the only soaps that work for me. Last week I ran out of all my old bottles and purchased 2 new ones. The next few days I began to develop irritation. It was so bad that by Friday I couldnt go to work. On Saturday I was made aware the company changed the ingredients without announcing it. I immediately checked my new bottles and sure enough they have harmful ingredients in them and a the cause of my current condition. This is unacceptable! I trusted this company and without any heads up or warning they changed from what we all knew and loved. For the past 7 days I have been in pain and more than likely making it worse because I was not aware of the change in ingredients.Initial Complaint

I ordered products from this company on the 28th of November. I got notice on December 5th that my product had been delivered, but it is nowhere to be found. I used the tracking number which was connected to *** & was alerted by a team member from *** that the package was transferred from them to **** , this is how the company does business, fine I guess. So after receiving a tracking number from *** for my **** product , I contacted **** & they say my product was delivered, it was not. Ive checked my mailbox several times, Ive checked the property & with my neighbors, its not here. I filed a complaint with both **** & the company asking for a full refund , at this point Ive had to go & replenish the product (a different brand) myself as it was highly needed by me. The company now is asking me to go through a separate insurance company that wants to ***** me only part of my refund & wants to issue it to me using PayPal, a service I dont have and did not use to purchase the product in the first place. Its extremely ***etting to me that Id have to go through all this, when Im not the one who mishandled the product, not only that, but as I stated , I needed the product within a certain time *********** its way beyond that date. All Im asking for is my full refund returned to me in the manner with which I sent it, back onto my card, but instead Im receiving feisty emails from staff, basically telling me they can do nothing. This is not how you conduct business at all & im feeling scammed out of my money , especially because Ive been a loyal customer for the past two years. This is not only, the first and last time Ive ever ordered from their site, but also the last Ill ever buy their products again.
