    Date of transaction- Oct 18 Order # ***** THIS IS MY SECOND ATTEMPT OF TRYING TO RECEIVE THIS PRODUCT. I INITALLY PLACED AN ORDER LAST YEAR AROUND THIS SAME TIME FOR SAME SAID PRODUCT. SAME RESPONSE EMAILS FROM COMPANY ABOUT WAREHOUSING ISSUES. FORWARD TO THIS YEAR AND AGAIN NO PRODUCT. ORDER WAS PLACED OCT 18 WITH A SHIPPING DATE OF OCT 27. I HAVE EMAILED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT THE **** AND EVERY RESPONSE IS WAREHOUSING ISSUES. SAME RESPONSE FROM LAST YEAR. I WILL LIKE THE **** I PURCHASED BUT I DONT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY HAS IT. IS BEEN WELL OVER A MONTH AND EMAILS ARE STILL STATING WAREHOUSE ISSUES. BEING THAT I AM IN ******* I WILL BE HAPPY TO MEET THE ***** AND PICK UP MY ****. THAT HAS NEVER BEEN AN OPTION BECAUSE I DONT THINK THEY HAVE IT. TODAY I TRIED TO CALL THEM @************ BUT THE NUMBER ISNT WORKING OF COURSE.

    Original order of two items was placed on 9/8/2023. I only received one item. I reached out to the company via email and they stated that they were having problems with their warehouse and that they could ship the missing item in **** days or give me a credit with an additional $25 for my troubles. I chose the latter. On 9/26/23 I placed a new order of two items using the credit and additional funds. Again, I received only one item which was of such poor quality, that I had to return it for a credit. The return was received at their location but I have not received credit for that item. I still have not received the missing item from that order. I have been told twice that it would be shipped in **** days, but those time have long passed with no shipment. It is now 2 months later. In total I was supposed to receive 4 items. I only received 2, one of which I had to return. So I am only in possession of one time and no credit for the other items. When I send an email to the company, I get a form email/standard response with no real resolution. Im certain that they will again offer to give me a credit with an additional $25. But how does that help me when Ill never receive my items or the items will be thin, see-through, frayed and ridiculously over priced for the poor quality. Order # *****

    I placed an order on August 9 for a pair of jeans. The seller never contacted me about shipment. I always initiated contact to get a status update. After 4 months of waiting finally the seller informed me they did not have the item and would give me a full refund. They canceled the order. I received notification of the cancellation however, I have not been refunded, My next step is to contact Navy Federal for a remedy and file whatever complaint I can! this company is not consistent, is non-communicative and does not value its customers. once my refund is received I will definitely not be shopping here again and I will definitely let my friends and family know this merchant is a headache

    I ordered some merchandise online and I still havent received my merchandise Ive reached out to the business several times still no response

    I placed an order on August 20, 2023 and another order on August 27. On the first order I only received two of the items of the four ordered. On the second order I received the wrong pair of jeans and they want me to pay to send them back and give me store credit. I have sent them several inquiries inquire about the 2 missed shirts, and the correct pair of jeans. They claim it was coming in a separate package. On August 07, 2023 they sent an email that one of the **shirts I ordered was unavailable but never mentioned the 2nd **shirt. On the 2nd order they sent me the wrong jeans the keep sending me the return policy. I dont feel like I should have to Pat to send then back and I would like a refund and not a store credit. This comparison need to stop selling items and taking customers money when items are not in stock.

    I placed an order (#*****) on August 7, 2023. I received one item of two that were ordered. I sent an inquiry on August 12, 2023 to inform Gritty Soul that the shirt ordered was missing. They claim it was coming in a separate package. On August 15, 2023, I asked if the shirt was out of stock and was told the shirt was in stock. I asked when it would ship and STILL have not received a response. On August 18, 2023, I requested to have the shirt cancelled and a refund processed and Im still being ignored which is problematic.At this point, I just want my money back.

    I placed an order#***** with Gritty Soul on November 28th for a bracelet, ring and a denim pant set . I immediately received the ring and bracelet but not my Raggedy ***************** set . By the end of January I contacted them and some one named ****************** said it was back ordered and would come in two weeks but it did not . So I emailed them again by mid to late February I was told they could not fill the order and they offered me a store credit plus 25 extra. The pant suit was ***** so with the 25 extra for my trouble I should have a store credit of ******. That was all about the end of February or beginning of March . I have attempted to email Gritty Soul many times with no response. I have directed many of them to the one customer service person that had been reaching out till she stop. ****** S and ****************** However I have not received a response since March 23. I have seen many items I would love to order with my credit but so far its like they cant be reached but they keep advertising daily. Please please help Me get my store credit or full refund.     Ordered 4/26/23.Confirmation #EVLOTDXNP. ********* pants sz: 3X $119.75. Includes money for 2 day delivery. Ad stated that shipment would occur in 8 days. I wanted it for Mother's Day so I paid for 2 day expidited shipment. Never heard anything back from them. I've sent emails on the customer service portion . Also sent message on ********* No response of any kind. Last year I bought a studded track suit from them and had NO problem at all. I just want my refund and I'm done with them. The order was suppose to be shipped to ******************************** , ********** ** *****.

    Ordered item 5/22/2023 Order # ***** Order delivered 5/25/2023 *Item was not size orderedtag not size ordered.*Item sizing also did not an align with sizing provided in sellers advertising and item description.I ordered a size medium/8-10 in womens. I immediately messaged seller (Gritty Soul) upon receipt of item 5/25/2023 requesting to return item at companys expense because it was an error on their part + correct item sent or full refund issued.Gritty Soul has provided no response, resolution, or refund.Complainant/buyer is request for full refund.

    I placed an online order (#*****) in the amount of $91.79 for a pair of jeans from Gritty Soul. After receiving several orders from other vendors I'd placed after my purchase with Gritty Soul, it hit me that I hadn't received my order from them, so I checked my order status on their site. It showed and STILL shows a fulfillment status of "unfulfilled". It also showed and STILL shows a payment status of "PAID". I have sent emails almost daily to no avail. I've even inquired about my order on their fb page whenever I notice the "administrator" commenting about new outfits for sale to potential new customers. They either delete the entire advertisement or they just delete my inquiry without responding. I've never said anything negative or gotten ugly on their site, I simply inquire about my order and since they communicate back and forth with potential new customers whenever they post a new outfit for sale, I always take that window of opportunity to ask about my order, which hasn't worked either. After reading the reviews (I hate I didn't do that beforehand), there seems to be a pattern with Gritty Soul and something needs to be addressed besides having to answer a BBB complaint. People work too hard just to be swindled out of their money only because we chose to place an order with Gritty Soul.
