    I placed a pre-order for a product that stated will be delivered within 5 weeks. I have not received product. I reached out first time in April 2025 to inquire about product, no response. I have been emailing since then to inquire about product. I spoke with them over instagram and they claim it was stolen, then in an email stated it was shipped. Never received a shipping confirmation, still no product.

    *** ordered from Them on the 3rd of April. No update what so ever so shipping number no anything just a message saying order placed.

    I ordered items from this clothing site on March 18 On April 3, I realize that I had not received any response about it being shipped or anything of that nature so I emailed to get an update. I updated that the items were not in stock and they were going to let me know when they were going to be On that same day, I received an email saying that the shipping label was created so it gave me some sort of relief thinking that my item would be here soon After reviewing their social media page on Instagram, I seen that I was only one of very many people who have not received their items and were trying to get in contact with the business owner to resolve the issue for weeks, so I emailed them again on April 11 to get another update and also to ask for a refund because at this point I no longer wanted the items Due to the unprofessionalism I did not receive a response so now April 17 today I emailed again and let them know that I was still waiting and asked if this was a scam again I checked their social media page. It is now multiple more people going through this exact same issue I spent over $200 for items. That I never received, and probably never will
