    They're basically forcing me to stay on their site, as I have no way of deactivating/deleting my account. I've been trying for over a month to contact them to delete my account, and they're blatantly ignoring my request. They are a reprehensible company that gives a consistent platform to disinformation and conspiracy theories in their comments sections. They have no integrity. They just want the clicks. All I want is for my account to be deleted.

    The report on the website is stating my full and last name which is greatly affecting my life and health while the case is still in the court and contested as not guilty due to the underlaying health issues.Contacted the company to remove the listing and they wanted mne to provide them with a cort decision which is in the second year while i have been uffering financiulay and mentally.

    I am the author of a nutrition/diet book that I wrote by compiling research findings from medical journals. The book is a truly unique concept that has been favorably reviewed by industry professionals. I follow my own advice in the book, and have been doing so for more than two decades now. This merchant - Patch.com - offers the opportunity to run both ARTICLES and featured/promoted CLASSIFIED ADS on their website. They state on their website that articles are to be NON-PROMOTIONAL, and that if an advertiser wants PROMOTIONAL advertising, the CLASSIFIEDS can be used for that purpose. So I purchased a two-day classified ad promotion for the purpose of promoting my book. The ad was to be featured in the Patch.com daily newsletter on both days. However, I noticed that my ad did not appear in the newsletter on either day. So I contacted Patch.com customer service via email - which is their only method of communication. I asked why my ad was not featured in the newsletter on either day that it should have been featured in. I received a response from a member of the Patch.com customer service team. I was told the following: "Your post has been removed after it was identified as spam." Not understanding what was meant by "spam," I replied back - asking what exactly did they mean by "spam." I did not receive an answer to that question. I truly did not understand what was meant by "spam" because I have run that same featured ad on Patch.com in the past (for the promotion of my book) that DID get featured in the daily newsletter. So why all of a sudden is my ad NOW identified as "spam," when it was NOT identified as "spam" in the PAST??? From my understanding, the CLASSIFIEDS are STILL being allowed to be used for PROMOTIONAL purposes. The sudden interpretation of my book as "spam" on Patch.com VERY MUCH OFFENDS ME AS AN AUTHOR who has put forth HARD WORK and DEDICATION in both the WRITING and PUBLISHING of my LEGITIMATE and RAVE-REVIEWED book!

    Site moderation is **** poor and moderators allow frequent misinformation about covid 19 and other health issues permeate on t heir message boards. I have tried working through the moderation team, but they have been unhelpful and unwilling to remove or ban users posting this kind of misinformation.

    I joined social media platform called Patch.com a while back...recently the platform has turned hostile abd mean and threatening. I REQUESTED 3 TIMES to delete my account in one day..oct 19...and they will not delete it. I fear for my business and my life...help please !
