    Account was deactivated when I requested a rude agent stop communicating with me. He responded by shutting down my entire account because he was **** hurt. I had chat lot evidence which they intentionally destroyed to cover their tracks.

Due to that I would love to have the conversation attached as it shows you actively discriminating against homosexuals. So please attach the files that you deleted so I couldnt do so, if they exist. Because I disputed an unauthorized transaction you took it upon yourself to steal all $335 in the account which is a violation of California Law as addressed by the California Attorney General and the multiple class actions lawsuits already in action in multiple states.     I have attached a few of your chat logs in which you have violated our Code of Conduct policy. PrizePicks is proud to provide Live Support chat as a service for our Members, but that privilege can be rescinded if a Member behaves inappropriately. We do not tolerate any abuse or harmful treatment toward our support representatives, or any other PrizePicks employee. If our chat transcripts indicate that you directed abusive or otherwise threatening language toward our staff, we will permanently remove your live support privileges and terminate your account. You will no longer be able to deposit, place entries, make future withdrawals or create any new accounts in the future. If you make an attempt to create a new account, that account will be deactivated and funds deposited into the account will be seized.

    Section 8.2 Disqualification and Cancellation by PrizePicks of our Terms of Service states "Users may participate in Contests only as specified in the Terms and Code of Conduct.     You never provided the transcripts that originally lead to the deletion of the profile. You are only showing my responses after you refused to communicate. Please provide the initial conversation where you openly discriminated against me for being gay. Please provide the original transcripts in their entirety and not just short screen shots. Show the original conversation with ***** and *******. Until then you have not proven that you did not deactivate me for being homosexual. You only provided me being angry at the entire company refusing to communicate. Those messages were not even sent from a logged in profile but through the website. You continuously disallow any new chat logs to be created on any browser once you had my email address in chat log. What you have done is a federal hate crime.

    I had an account with ********************** (owned by SidePrize LLC), which was recently closed for alleged violations of their Terms of Service. They claimed I violated rules related to account sharing or having multiple accounts, but I never did either. I used the platform legally in ************** and ***************I asked for specific proof or details and received none. I also requested my account balance be refunded, but they have not responded or processed any withdrawal.I believe they are wrongfully retaining customer funds and avoiding accountability. Im seeking a full refund of my remaining balance and a clear explanation of why my account was closed.

    I am rejecting this response because: I am not satisfied with the businesss response. PrizePicks claims I violated Terms of Service section 8.2 but refuses to provide any specific details or evidence of this alleged violation. I have not engaged in any activity that would justify seizure of my deposited funds.

    PrizePicks is holding my money without providing proof of wrongdoing, which I believe is unfair and potentially unlawful. If there was a legitimate violation, they should be able to provide transparent, documented evidence and allow me the opportunity to respond.

    I am requesting a full refund of my remaining account balance, as I deposited these funds in good faith for the intended use of the platform. Without proof of a violation, withholding my money is not an acceptable resolution.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I do not find the businesss response satisfactory. The company alleges referral bonus abuse and attempts to avoid account limits, but I strongly dispute these claims. I maintained only one account, used it within the platforms rules, and did not engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

    The business has not provided any evidence or documentation to support its accusations, nor explained why my legitimately deposited funds should be permanently seized. I am not asking for bonuses or prizes, only the fair return of my deposited, unplayed funds.

    Therefore, I request that this complaint remain open as unresolved and that the business be asked to provide proof to support its claims.

    On August 6th, 2025, I attempted to withdraw funds from my PrizePicks account and was unexpectedly locked out. I was then told my account violated their Terms of Service due to a connection to an old, inactive account I had not used in years and believed was deleted.I reached out immediately in good faith and offered to comply, including closing the old account. Instead of providing any opportunity to fix the issue, my account was permanently banned and my $290+ balance was seized with no warning. I was falsely accused of malicious conduct despite no evidence of wrongdoing or prior notice.I requested a transfer of funds to the original account or a simple withdrawal. I was denied and only given a generic email with a link to a form no real resolution or support.This action feels retaliatory and unethical. Im requesting either:1.Full withdrawal of my account balance, or ********** of funds to the eligible account If this cannot be resolved immediately, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the ***************************.

This section states "You agree that the sole and specific purpose of creating an Account on ********************** is to participate in Contests. PrizePicks shall be entitled to suspend, limit, deactivate or terminate your Account, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are violating these Terms; violating or conspiring to violate any local, state or federal law or regulation; depositing funds without the intention of using them in Contests; violating, or causing PrizePicks to violate any agreement it has with any third party, including payment processors and other financial institutions; or otherwise abusing or misusing the Services in any way whatsoever.     ********* uses unfair/unethical business practices. Using demons and goblins to effect payout totals. Demons are suppose to be worth MORE money while goblins are supposed to be "easy" so the payout is less. However, if the goblins don't hit you lose in FULL while you get paid out partially. Prizepick also removes players off your board or slip at leisure while your picking players. This has to be some privacy violation. Live bets also get changed after you submit the slip, at the last-minute the projection changes making the payout less than what you agreed upon. ********* offers players and coaches incentives for better performance which they need to be investigated for!! They tell you the max bet you can place on a promotional projection is $25 then for no reason at all they will switch it to $5.00 maximum. While some players get to bet $30 on promotional projections. This is borderline discrimination how they get to pick and choose how much a user can bet. The rules should be the rules for everyone. Also, they will charge your debit card for a deposit then never actually put your money on your prize Pick account. This company is scamming hard working people out of their money by using unethical business practices. If a player gets injured instead of voiding the player out they will use it to their advantage to make you lose money. Today I chose a pitcher (**** ******) to get 6 strikeouts. He pitched for 1 inning before getting hurt and on one ticket they *** him and the other one they counted as a lost. Same player with the same injury one slip its DNP and the other one they didn't DNP resulting in a lost. How can the same player be DNP on one slip and not anything on the other. Examples like this are reasons why this company NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED ASAP!! They give you a customized link to referral people then the link doesn't have your code attached on there so when people sign up you don't get the referral bonus.     Hello ********, Various factors can impact which games, players, stat types, and/or teams are available on our projection board. ??PrizePicks reserves the right to remove, add, or change projections at any time. Sometimes projections are temporarily removed and added to the board again later, but there is no guarantee. 

    ?PrizePicks has built-in limits designed to encourage fair and responsible play. Limits are different for each Member and are determined by a variety of factors.

    No funds have been removed from your card that you did not deposit or not arrive in your account. You have also charge backed a deposit, which is a violation of our Terms of Service. 

    **** ******** discounted projection was rebooted due to our spoiled taco policy, This does not affect the standard projection so those standard were scored. In baseball, if a pitcher throws at least one pitch, they are eligible to be scored.

    I spoke with multiple Prizepick customer service representatives regarding the "chargeback" transaction. The card I had on file with Prize pick expired. When my bank issued me a new card they gave me the same card number with a new expiration date and CVV code. I went to update the card info. on the Prize pick app and was told that card was assigned to another account. So I deleted the card off Prize pick and deposited $10 on May 5 from the new card. The money came off my card but didn't appear on the app. I was told by a Prize pick representative that in 5-10 business days the bank will release that money back to me because ********* no longer accepts **********. The money was never released back to my bank. I had $100 on my Prize Pick account at the time that I could not withdraw because of this situation which forced me to playthrough the funds or get another bank account.

     

    It should be considered false advertising when demons are put on projections to get people to pick that projection (thinking its going to be a higher payout like the rules state) and once you submit the bet Prize Pick turns the demon into a goblin to make the payout smaller than what you agreed upon once you placed the bet. See attached pictures(LIVE BET) for reference.

    Our projections change throughout the day for a variety of reasons. However, lineups are locked in as soon as they are submitted. Once this happens, they will not be impacted by any future projection changes. Adjusting projections throughout the day is standard across the Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) space, and is not a violation of any state regulations.

    If your funds don't show up in your PrizePicks account after submitting your deposit, your deposit attempt most likely failed. If this is the case, your bank will show that a charge is pending. Rest assured, no funds will leave your account if the payment fails. The pending charge will drop off and return to your balance once it is no longer pending. This can take up to 10 business days to process depending on your payment method.

    Date of Incident: July 28, 2025 Game: *************** vs. ******************* I am filing a complaint regarding a 6-pick Power Play entry I placed through PrizePicks on July 28, 2025, for the *** game between the *************** and the *******************. I entered a $10 promo play expecting a payout of $504, based on the terms presented at the time of submission. I correctly predicted 5 out of 6 outcomes. The sixth pick, involving **** *****, did not play.Despite this, PrizePicks significantly reduced the payout to $58.80 without prior clear disclosure that a Did Not Play (DNP) would void the full payout structure and cancel the advertised promotional multiplier. While the platform references Reverted Payout rules, these are only visible after entry submission and are not displayed clearly during the selection or confirmation process. This lack of upfront disclosure prevents players from making informed decisions, especially when money and multiplier-based promotions are at stake.This entry was placed in good faith. The reduced payout was not the result of user error, incorrect projections, or buyers remorse. It was caused by PrizePicks failing to communicate material terms in a transparent and accessible way. They profited from the entry while downgrading the agreed-upon reward without my informed consent.I am requesting a billing adjustment of $221the difference between the full payout ($280 after bonus boost) and the amount I received ($58.80). The business should not be allowed to advertise one structure and then quietly alter the financial outcome post-submission based on undisclosed triggers. This is a misleading and unfair business practice.

    Hello ****************** are notified of how their lineup reverts before and after they place their lineups. Your lineup had a *** in it which resulted in the lineup reverting down one tier. When a lineup reverts down, you will not receive the full payouts. You can view how this lineup reverts by clicking the "details" section of the lineup, then the "payouts" down arrow, and selecting "payouts might be different than standard." You can provide a screenshot of this if this is showing a different payout amount than what you received. Thank you.

    I deposited a total of 120 dollars with prizepicks, verified my account fully through their internal system, and started playing from the dates 7/19-7/23. I was able to successfully withdraw 20 dollars on 7/24 morning. That day (7/24) I made 405 dollars off of the initial 120 I invested. When going to withdraw everything moved smoothly but a couple hours later I was banned. When contacting the support team they essentially told me I broke the terms of service and that I could file a dispute that would take weeks to figure out. They also said they would seize my funds which is ridiculous since they allowed me to use the account and deposit until I actually made money.

In Terms of Service section 5.1 it states "Each User may establish only one (1) Account." This is a clear violation of our terms. You have also charge backed multiple deposits on one of your four accounts, which is another violation of our Terms. The nature of these violations has been deemed excessive in which case we have hereby deactivated and permanently closed your PrizePicks account. Any future attempts to create additional accounts will be found. The account(s) will be deactivated and funds deposited into the account will be seized.     I am rejecting this response because:
    I had two of my accounts hacked around 3 years ago and charged back purchases made without my authorization which i stated to your support 3 years ago in which no one decided to help me. Instead, I went to my bank which charged back all of the confirmed purchases that were considered fraud. Once again, even three years ago I didnt charge back all of the purchases and only charged back the ones without authorization. On top of this I have only had three accounts including the new one and 3 years ago your tos was different and the accounts were deleted/deactivated.

We have reviewed all of your chat logs and you have never reached out about an account being hacked or an unauthorized deposit. You charge backed your deposit after you used those funds and those lineups lost. After those lineups lost, you charge backed those deposits and create a new account a few days later. Again, you have created 4 different account which is a violation of our ************* which states "Each User may establish only one (1) Account."     Hello ********, you seem to be very confused here so allow me to break this down for you. In *** golf they play a total of 4 rounds starting with round 1 on Thursday and ending with round 4 on Sunday. You placed your lineup on Sunday July 20th at 6:20AM ET. This projection was for round 4 which was played later that morning on Sunday July 20th. You did not place this lineup for round 3 as you stated here in this complaint since that was already played and completed on Saturday July 19th. The Birdies or Better Matchup projection is defined as:  "A head to head matchup of two athletes competing to record a higher number of birdies or better than their opponent. The athlete listed in the PrizePicks square will subtract their opponents score from their own score." ****** and Bezuidenhout both had 2 birdies or better during their round 4 on Sunday July 20th. 2 birdies or better from ****** minus 2 birdies or better from Bezuidenhout = 0. This projection was scored correctly, Franklin.

    Thank you for your detailed explanation. I now fully understand that the projection was specific to Round 4 and not the full tournament. However, Id like to respectfully raise a few remaining concerns:


    Inconsistent Support Communication: Initially, I was told that ******* ****** had no birdies, which was incorrect. Later communications confirmed he had 2. This inconsistency led to confusion and mistrust in how stats were being reviewed.
    Lack of Clarity at the Time of Entry: Nowhere in the PrizePicks app was it made absolutely clear that the matchup was based only on Round 4. Since *** is a 4-round format, it is reasonable for users to interpret projections as based on total performance unless clearly stated otherwise.

    Customer Misinformation: I was advised by support to not rely on third-party stat providers, yet those sources (e.g., ****) match PrizePicks final determination. The initial misinformation from live chat made it harder to trust the resolution process.




    While I now understand the scoring, I hope you acknowledge the poor communication, confusion, and inconsistent guidance I experienced throughout this dispute.


    I kindly ask you to consider a goodwill refund or site credit given the circumstances. This isnt about the outcome itself, but the lack of clarity and the mishandling of my concerns. If this cannot be resolved, I may be forced to explore further consumer protection channels.

    Hello ********, I'm sorry for the initial miscommunication from our customer support representative however they did correct themselves moments later and provided you with the accurate information. The round for these projections were stated on the board as well as the lineup builder before submitting your lineup. It is not reasonable for a projection that is on the board on Sunday morning to be for the entire tournament since 3 rounds of the tournament have already been completed. As stated in our help center PrizePicks only uses stats provided by official league sources or trusted third-party providers. This projection was scored correctly and our team confirmed that, we are not able to refund a losing lineup.

    Thank you for your response and for clarifying that the projection was for Round 4. I now understand how the scoring works, but I want to express why this situation felt misleading from a customer standpoint.


    At the time I placed the entry, there was no clear indication that it was only for Round 4. With previous rounds already played, it gave the impression that overall tournament performance might factor in. This led to confusion and affected how I made my pick. On top of that, support initially gave me incorrect information, which made it harder to trust the process.


    Im not asking for a refund just because the pick lost Im asking for a fair resolution due to the unclear presentation and mishandled support. Even a small site credit would show good faith.

    I submitted two PrizePicks lineups and tried to cancel both within the 5-minute window as allowed by their policy. With 11 seconds left, I clicked the Cancel Lineup option, and the app showed an error message instead of canceling.I contacted support and was told by a *** named Johan ******** received an error message while trying to cancel your lineupHe acknowledged the system failed but said, Sadly, theres nothing much we can do here, Im not gonna lie.He refused to explain why my entry was not eligible for cancellation, citing vague internal reasons like player combinations or refund history, even though I have no refund history.Additionally, the lineup was presented as a regular *** contest but was actually based on the All-Star Game, which was not disclosed. This kind of mis***resentation caused me to submit plays I never would have made.I am requesting a full refund of $25.40 CASH. Their system failed to uphold their own cancellation policy, and they mis***resented the contest. I have screenshots and chat transcripts proving all of this.

    Hello ******, it appears you were attempting to cancel these lineups after projections have already started. You cannot cancel a lineup if projections in that lineup have already started. This was in the *** category with the Teams listed as NL and AL, I'm not sure how that is misleading in any way as this clearly states the league and the two teams. The date was also clearly stated on these projections and this was the only *** game on that date.
