We received a submission in BBB's Scam Tracker regarding the marketplace practices of Queens Welsh Corgis Home.
The consumer alleged they were in the market to buy a Corgi and found the website of Queens Welsh Corgis Home. The consumer states they discussed with Queens Welsh Corgis Home the cost of the puppy and how much the delivery cost would be. The consumer further states they transferred $800 via Cash App. That amount included $150 for delivery. Further allegations from the consumer are that they received an email confirmation from a company called GEO Shipping Services stating the puppy was ready to ship, however, they requested $1,200 for a refundable insurance policy. The consumer states they began to worry and requested a refund but Queens Welsh Corgis Home has not responded.
BBB asked Queens Welsh Corgis Home to respond to the consumer's allegations.

3. Your company address is the same as Golden Doodle Home. Please explain.
4. Images found on your website were found on several other company websites. Please explain.
