BBB received the following complaint regarding the marketplace practices of Labrador Heavens: I was scammed purchasing a puppy. I paid by zelle and puppy was never sent. When I reached out to number on website, they claim they never received an order and it was a scam. They claimed their website was hacked. I believe they are also part of the scam as they tried to scam me a second time and sell me the puppy again through cash app.
BBB asked Labrador Heavens to respond to the consumer's allegations.
