  This company came to BBB's attention after receiving a consumer inquiry indicating they received a phone call from someone claiming to be with "BBB Services". The consumer stated the caller offered to assist with reducing debt and interest rates. The caller further informed the consumer that they reach out to people with good credit scores but high debt that are referred to them to help get them low or zero interest rates to pay it off. The caller requested personal information, such as credit card numbers, a social security number and date of birth, and stated the consumer would be charged a fee based on the percentage of their debt.
  
  BBB advises consumers to use extreme caution when receiving cold calls that request personal information. Always verify the caller's contact information to include the business they represent and the company's contact information. Verify their credentials before providing any personal information.
