    I earned $12 through Zap Surveys and attempted to cash out my balance. I initially contacted support because the app would not allow me to cash out. Their first response claimed my account wasnt blocked, but that didnt address the real issue. I followed up with clarification, and shortly after, my account was suddenly blocked without any explanation or wrongdoing on my part.I did not violate any terms, and I used the app legitimately. I simply reached out for assistance accessing my earnings. Blocking an account immediately after a user requests a payout appears unethical and retaliatory.Desired Outcome:I would like my account reinstated and/or my $12 earnings released to me. At minimum, Id like a clear explanation of why my account was terminated.

    The apps pays you for taking survey and playing games, then they will reward you with a master gift card or other profitable gift cards. Ive done my part on answering surveys and now that I cash out (redeem) I havent received my reward its been more then the allotted time they said Ive sent numerous emails and no response

    On 3/23/202024. I went to go cash out for $75 and as soon as I push the button to cash out it said account Frozen but in the whole time that was doing surveys ***** was allowing me to do surveys as soon as I tried to cash out for a certain amount they close my account and without no explanation and you can't contact them or email them because they don't respond back they're a scam I would suggest everybody and anybody to stay away from them. I just don't see why they allow me to do surveys as soon as I went to go cash out they close my account wow they let me accumulate money to a higher amount than froze my account once I went to go cash out the ******

    Zapp surveys is a hoax. Ive been taking surveys with them for about 3 months. Over that time, Ive taken almost 100 surveys. Out of those 100, 32 of them equaling exactly $64.98 have obtained a lot of personal info and with 2 or 3 questions remaining the website ends the survey and kicks me out with out paying me the promised amount for each survey. *** contacted them over a dozen time with this issue. They have returned my messages (1) time, crediting my account back $.37. Out of the $64.98 they have ripped me off I think that .37 cents is a slap in my face. They are extremely bad at customer service and their website should be shut down. I would like compensation for all of the time and information Ive given them over the last few months is all.     I cashed out with Zap Surveys in November 5,2023, never received my payout. I emailed support on numerous occassions and got no response. Originally there was an error processing my cash out, it said on the app, but the error message went away and I have yet to get my cash out via paypal.I do not have a screenshot of it saying declined that I can find, it just shows that it was cashed out and it was not.

    Hi. I have cashed out twice now, each for a few cents over $10. So they owe me $20+. I've previously cashed out with them and received my money. Now, I'm not. It's the same PayPal account. I've messaged them more than once and haven't gotten a response. I cashed out on 5/24 and 6/1. Today is 6/7. That's going on 2 weeks for the one payment. I don't want to report them but this is beyond unacceptable. I can prove it hasn't been deposited into my PayPal account if that's absolutely necessary.

    I conducted surveys with this organization in the amount of $42.25. I cashed out to Paypal on 5/31/23. They took the points from my account and I never received payment. I have emailed at least 4 times and get a message that they tried to pay but do not have an accurate email. They do in fact have an accurate email yet they do not pay and will not put the points back into my account.

    Well on 5/31/23 I was supposed to receive cashouts for Tuesday equaling to $59.85 and $26.49 and $32.26 but have not received them and now its June 5 and Ive got bills to pay so it should not be taking this long to process and its supposed to be going to the PayPal email named **************************

    I earned a $25 reward by completed enough surveys. I chose a $25 ********* card on May 20, 2023. Received a confirmation email minutes later stating I would receive it in 2-3 business days. Ive contacted the company in questions (apps that pay, LLC) twice without a response. As of today, still no ********* card. I want what took me 10 months to earn!!

    I cashed out $25.09 on the Zap Surveys app on 9/23/22 and still have yet to receive the Amazon gift card balance of $25.09. I have contacted customer service multiple times (including the Zendesk platform) and have yet to receive any assistance on this.
