    Completed survey in October of 2024. Payment of ****** was never paid. I have contacted Virtue Research for my money either by phone or email to no avail. I want to be paid and will not work for them again.

    I was recruited by Virtue Research to take part in several healthcare-related focus groups. I signed documents stating my involvement and upon completion, was to receive a monetary incentive. The timeframe given was 12 weeks once the survey was closed. Several studies completed and approved in July 2024 have not been paid, totaling $1,000. In response to my numerous emails, I am told to wait and that they made adjustments to their leadership team to ensure these delays would not happen in the future now they just copy and paste the same lame excuse repeatedly since November 2024. This company was paid by the sponsors of the study. It is not fair or good business to not then pay those who provided a service. A service that was promised an incentive should be held liable for the payments I am owed. This company is a fraudulent enterprise that is in business of scamming people! Please help fix this!

    I participated in six surveys and focus groups with Virtue Research from March 2024 to December 2024. None of which has been paid. I've sent numerous emails to Virtue Research, one of the last states, "I do not know when you will be paid." Shortly thereafter, their portal changed five of the six studies to "paid" on December 30, 2024. I sent another email asking where the payment was. Someone from a New Jersey number called me, playing dumb, wondering where the payments have gone. I told her I have not received a check, nor has any correspondence from Virtue Research appeared in my **** Informed Delivery. Proof of these mailed checks was never offered. The only follow-up initiated on behalf of Virtue Research was a request to answer a few questions not covered in my last focus group. I declined, stating I would be happy to answer questions when I was paid.

    I did a couple of surveys for virtue research last year and still have not been paid. I get the same email every time I reach out, that they are working on it. The status was approved in July 2024.

    Inquiry Regarding Outstanding Compensation: I am writing to formally address my concerns regarding unpaid compensation from Virtue Research LLC for my participation in two online research studies.The first study concluded on September 6, 2023, and the payment status was approved on October 8, 2023, totaling $175. Despite the approval, I have not yet received this payment.The second study ended on April 10, 2024, with the associated payment approved on July 24, 2024. I am still awaiting the payment of $25 for this second study. As outlined on the Virtue Research website, payments are typically dispatched within 12 to 14 weeks following the conclusion of each study. Unfortunately, my experience has not aligned with this timeframe. I have submitted multiple inquiries via the contact email provided on the website; however, I have not received timely responses, and the information sent has often been repetitive.Given the extent of these delays, I have communicated my intent to consider legal actions if necessary and have requested that my compensation be expedited through direct deposit. These delays have begun to exert significant pressure on my household finances.While the amounts involved may seem modest, they are of considerable importance to my family. As a mother of a 19-year-old child with disabilities requiring continuous care, I am unable to maintain full-time employment. Thus, my involvement in research studies constitutes a crucial source of supplemental income for our household.Thank you for your attention to this matter.     I have done several projects for them that have not been paid. They said that payment will go out in 12 weeks after approved. Some of my approvals go back to June of 2024 which is now almost a year well beyond 12 weeks. I have been patient and contacted them several times. I have been told that they are working to resolve this issue. This latest time about 3 weeks ago I was told there was a leadership change but have still not seen anything issued. I only expect to be paid in the time frame that was promised and that has not happened.

    I participated in online pharmaceutical research studies and was offered payment in exchange for my participation. They currently owe me $350 for three studies. I completed each of these studies now 9, 5 and 6 months ago. I searched online and see that others are having difficulty getting paid as well. This is ridiculous as Virtue is paid by the companies conducting the research but are not paying us as promised for participating. I have yet to be paid and have contacted Virtue Research to enquire when I will be paid. Below is their unacceptable response to me:Hi ******, Thank you for reaching out. We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting your expected payment to you. We can assure you that we are working as quickly as possible to catch up on outstanding payments. While we cannot provide an exact timeline, please know that we are actively working to process all payments as soon as possible.Additionally, we have made adjustments to our leadership team to ensure these delays do not happen in the future.We appreciate your patience and encourage you to continue checking your Virtue Dashboard for updates on when the check will be mailed.

    Ive done several studies for Virtue Research. I did get paid but the last 3 I have done from 7/24/24-9/9/24 and even one from 2025 and I have yet to be paid. They said payout is ***** weeks and we are almost at a year. I am owed ****** that I would like to have. Ive contacted customer service several times and all they do is merge my tickets together without explanation.

    I did a research study for this company in October of 2024. I still have not been paid and am getting the runaround. Ive tried contacting this business on many occasions but still have no payment b
