    I visited Laureate on ********************* in ****************** on 1/28/25 for a physical with Dr. ************ I had several lab tests performed & an X-Ray. It has been a month and I still have not received results for my urinalysis test and no clear explanation for my X-Ray. I have contacted the nurse line several times and was told that my urinalysis results had not come back and on 2/10/25 nurse ***** stated that the doctor noted arthritic changes on my X-Ray but I had never had the area checked before, so this statement made no sense. She also stated that I need to visit neurosurgery for an evaluation with no further information provided. She stated that she was sending the info to the doctor for her to clarify. No one has followed up & Dr. *********** has not responded to the messages that I sent to the Follow your Heart patient portal on 2/11 & 2/22/25. On 2/12/25 I received a voicemail from *** ******. I returned the call twice via another doctor's nurse who sent her a message (since there is no way to reach a persons direct extension), and through my doctors nurse line on 2/21 via ********, who was acting very suspicious. She would not read or provide any information regarding my results and stated the office manager would call me back to talk things over with me. I had explained that it made no sense that an office manager would be calling me and Jennifers suspicious behavior increased. She over talked me and would not let me speak. She was very rude/short tempered and hung up on me after she verified my number and stated the manager would call me back within an hour. No one ever called back. I have already been billed for the services that are still outstanding but have not received any results or follow up/contact. This has been a very unprofessional and stressful experience considering my health status is unknown/unclear. If *** or anyone else from Laureate calls with any info I am requesting that details be left on my voicemail if I do not answer.

    Each time i visit this practice i have them quote a cash pay price, which i pay at the completion of each visit. EVERY SINGLE TIME i receive a follow up invoice. The last time this occurred, management of the practice asked that i request the individual who checks me out (whom i pay) to type in "paid in full" into the system, which i did, yet i still received a follow up ****.

    I made appointment with my primary care physician for a physical exam. I explained to them that i would be paying cash (not using my health insurance). I asked how much the visit would be which they responded approximately $285, which i paid. a month or so later i started receiving bills for additional charges for this visit. When i phoned the practice they could not explain the additional fees but promised to research and get back to me. After many follow up phone calls with no resolution they continue to bill me without explanation, but simply expect me to pay without response.
