*********** was very rude when he first came in the room. He further yelled at my mother because her mask feel off her nose. My mother suffers from dementia and did not understand what was going on. He further yelled at me because my phone rung during the visit, top top it all off He left the room in anger and abandoned my mother during her care without notice. I called the police and filed a complaint against ***********. When the police talked to him he refused to continue her care without any notice, despite already billing her insurance company for care he did not complete. Do not use this Doctor to treat you or your elderly mother. Just because *********** was having a bad day he has no right to verbally abuse, neglect, abandon, or be rude to my mother or any other human being. I felt he thought he had a right to do this to us because we are black. If you were or is now being treated this way you should seek legal advice and call the police like I did. This was the worst treatment I have ever experienced from a doctor or any one else. If you don't want to treat a certain race you should get out of the business. We went there for help and all we got was abuse. Now we are forced to start this whole process all over again. It is very difficult to find a neurologist and get an appointment in a timely manner. This is causing my mother further harm because her medical condition is declining daily. This is so wrong on so many levels. He new she need further help and he just simply refused to provided it. He is a danger to my mothers health, safety and well being and he just did not even care. This type of abuse should never happen to any human especially from someone you shoult trust to take care of your love one who is already suffering enough. This type of intimidation, failure to provide medical treatment and lack of ethics should be investigated by the medical board of ethics. That's why it is my intention to do so. SMH
