    Good Afternoon, I have been receiving calls from a potential spam number everyday , at least 4 to 5 times a day . I answered the call and a woman stated that I owed a company. (Unknown name) a ****** loan the name of the company she called from came up on my phone as Precision Strategic Mediation. Telephone number ************ with the above case number *******, I tried to explained to the woman that I've never taken out a Payday loan she got very nasty because I wouldn't verify my personal information and stated it was my loan and I should pay I told her it wasn't and that's when she threatened me and said she would call my phone every day all day and my family , my neighbors and my friends and tell them I owed a loan and refused to pay it . She also stated that I would be sued in court and this was my final warning . I told her why didn't I ever receive a letter from the company with the loan information she said I would get it in court . I reported this company to the **************************** in ******* ******* as well as the ************************. I was advised to file a report with the BBB. I would like this harassment to stop as well as the calls as I do not owe any companies a PAYDAY LOAN. I am a retired handicapped senior citizen I want this scam to stop immediately. I will also filed a complaint with the ***************** . I would like BBB to resolve this issue with this company on my behalf. I also don't know the exact amount of the loan . Please assist me in resolving this matter. Thank you.

    Strategic Aviation services called making threats towards me regarding a civil matter stating I owe for apay day loan and other bills. They demanded my social security number and address, and they called from ************. Stated on voicemail on first call that it stated a life matter complaint. When I asked a question, they hung up on me.

    i was contacted by a company called STRATEGIC MEDIATION SERVICES about a so-called online loan i supposed took out for $1650.00. They said that if i didnt setup a payment plan or pay the balance in full that i would be charged with bank fraud. Unfortunately i gave them i ATM card number to setup a payment plan before i saw the other comments on the BBB site.Their phone number is ************

    Strategic Mediation Services Contacted me on 11/07/2024 leaving a voicemail stating I need to call back before legal matters take place. I contacted them back and was connected to ***** *******. She told me I had debt of $1214.95 and I could settle for $728.97 for a loan from EZ money from 2012. She had all my personal information. She stated that if I dont pay that I would be summoned to court. I told her I never had that loan and she said that it wasnt reported to BBB. NEVER have I had a loan from such place. I was confused, stressed and blindly gave my debt information. I have since then replaced my card. This was after my research of the company.

    SMS strategic mediation services has contacted me and my family multiple times about a loan that was turned over to them from EZ Money for the amount of $729.00. They are threatening to sue me for additional court costs etc. They have the last 4 numbers of my SSN and my past place of employment that I left in 2012. I asked for something to be mailed to me and she said they could only email me. I received an email with an account number . I called SMS back and they are unable to tell me when this loan was taken out.

    Strategic Mediation calls from many different numbers during the day starting about 8 AM. You can block a number and they use robo-calling it's different each time. They call with an introduction of a civil complaint. They do NOT provide what type of complaint, name or contact information. They ask you to verify your SSN and of course, you should decline. No valid data is provided to legitimately valid their claims or intent. This is a complete scam operation preying on people.

    I received a call from this company on 8/23/24 saying they have two claims against me with EZCorp / EZ Money also known as Web Loan for two loans that I had supposedly taken out when I worked at Macys. They had the last four of my SSN as well as my email address and two current addresses. The person I spoke with ****************** was very rude and pushing me to give him money to settle this outside of court. He stated the previous information had been mailed there. The debt he spoke of I did not owe nor had any knowledge I asked for information from the companies in question. He sent me three documents via email and they show an account number and supposed case number they were going to file with in ****************. I have called the non emergency number and they confirmed the case numbers begin with something entirely different than what is on the documentation that was emailed to me and transcribed via phone call I received this morning from a woman named ***** in ******** who says she's a supervisor and they will be filing with Pierce County Court. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE DOCUMENT SAYING I OWE FOR A CIVIL SUMMONS FROM A DEBT COLLECTOR. I have reported this to my WA state attorney general's office and have called the local non emergency police because of the tactics being used on me as a human. It's wrong and the person I spoke with on Friday was extremely threatening and vile on the phone. This needs to be dealt with immediately as these tactics are used to frighten people into giving money. They demanded money from me and advised of the two supposed loans I took out which I've never done in my life. My emails show this and nothing in the last 14 years has been sent to either address. Having received emails and calls now two business days in a row, this is alarming and I feel for my safety.

    I was contacted by *********************** from Strategic Mediation Services on 2-20-24. She referenced a payday loan from EZMoney amounting to $815. They would settle for $489, but only if I made a payment that same day.I didn't recognize the company name. She used my maiden name which I haven't gone by for 8 years, as well as a bank account which has been closed for longer than that. I asked for proof of the original debt but was told this could only be available if it went to court, through discovery. The threat of legal action scared me, so I did end up paying the settlement amount.The same woman contacted me today 8-22-24 referencing another company WEB LOAN and amount $1032.95. Her voice sounded familiar, so I again asked for verification of any debt. I was given the same runaround that they couldn't discuss any original debt which, if it HAD been valid, would be older than the ********************************* ********. I caught on that this was likely a scam company. I am now requesting a refund of the original $489 they took from me, in addition to no further contact from them.

    Latest phone #************. Scam - calling me and anybody with my last name looking for me. Calling from all different numbers in ** and when I asked who was calling they said Mediation or wont tell me and hang up on me. Then one person said Strategic Mediations. I will not confirm with these people who I am. Asked them to send a letter and they hang up. Calling multiple times a day. I work from home and they are stressing me out. Calling my mother in law and she thinks it is legit. Im terrified she will give them info! Left a voicemail saying mediation and if I dont call back will take measures.
