On or about 9/13/2021, Dr. ************************* conducted an employer/insurance IME. Dr. ************************* exposed me to excruciating pain during the orthopedic appointment and was rude as well as obnoxious in his communication with me while at the appointment. **************** told me to"take it and **** it up" while twisting my right hand during his examination. **************** bent my hand and fingers back during the exam. His demeanor was hostile and frightening. **************** let it be known that he would cause me harm if I complained. **************** asked," I see, you're a phd candidate," in a nasty,condescending way. **************** then stated," Did you finish?" "I guess not", while rising from his seated position and walking out of the examination room still muttering nasty comments about me.During ******************** questions, he pointedly wanted to state that an x-ray rules out small invisible hand fractures,however due to time which heals small fractures and the cover by prior phycians(his ********************* as well as lack of an MRI which Caudeceus doctor found small indivisible fractures. **************** called me "malingering". He alleged several false lies about my character to advance Brentwood Administrators and ruin my education and teaching career. He described a table but there was no table I was required to get on period. I was always in a seated position which doesn't require using my upper extremitiies. Later, after writing these lies and saying there was nothing left to do for my CTS. He wanted to be my "treating physician." If there's nothing more to do, than there's no reason for him to be my "treating physician,periodt. **************** lied in my medical record to paint a negative image in order to gain myself and force me to agree for him to treat and receive Government funds through my employer.(DCSD)
