      In October 2024, we entered into an agreement with Liger for marketing strategy development and ongoing support. The agreement clearly outlined the required deliverables to establish a comprehensive marketing strategy, including:Defining the consumer journey Developing a brand strategy Creating brand guidelines Delivering an overall marketing strategy Once these foundational elements were completed, the contract provided for ongoing marketing ***********, four months later, we have yet to receive a marketing strategy, brand strategy, or any of the core strategic deliverables outlined in the contract. Despite paying invoices in good faith, trusting that the work would be completed as agreed, Liger has failed to deliver these essential components. Worse, they are refusing to provide the agreed-upon work or credit the payments toward other services.Instead, they cite what they call a comprehensive social media audit, content audit, SEO research, and competitor analysis as justification for their charges. However, these were basic data pullsfar from the strategic planning and execution we were promised. These reports do not justify the significant costs incurred, nor do they replace the actual strategic deliverables we engaged them to provide.We requested an immediate resolution to terminate the relationship and refund a minimum of $26,000 for undelivered services. While we believe that even the remaining $18,000 was not justified, we were willing to pay in good faith for the time spent. However, Liger has failed to respond.Due to their lack of accountability and failure to fulfill the terms of our agreement, we wanted to see if BBB could assist and also ensure this is documented to protect others.
