SR ********************** sold us six appliances that were installed in October 2021. All but one of the appliances arrived in a damaged state or shortly broke soon after installation. A microwave arrived dented and took SR ********************** about 5 months to replace the dented part after months of phone calls and text messages. The dishwasher never worked and the range has a gas leak. Both appliances were determined to need to be replaced by the warranty service provider for the brand. After we submitted a claim to the warranty company, SR ********************** Depot was instructed by the warranty company to order and replace the broken dishwasher and range sold to us. The dishwasher was in stock for replacement in November. We called SR ********************** on a regular basis for weeks asking to schedule the dishwasher replacement. After realizing there was no follow through, we called every day for two weeks until they finally scheduled a replacement. We are having the same experience with the range. SR ********************** should have placed an order for the new appliance nearly two months ago. We finally heard from the warranty company that they put in an order for the appliance a few weeks ago and that the range was delivered to SR ********************** over a week ago. We have called and texted our contacts at SR ********************** but no one is returning our phone calls. All we need for SR ********************** to do is replace the broken range they sold us, that they currently have in stock, but given recent experience, we don't have any faith that they will be able or willing to do so with out external influence. We also need the sales order for the new range from SR ********************** so that we can submit warranty claims should any future repairs are needed on the unit. We have asked for this as well but have not heard back.
