On 3/12/2022, I signed up through anytimemailbox.com and called and spoke with **** and I asked him how much it would be to notarize form **** he said his notary fee was $10.I arrived at the location today with documents already notarized because **** wanted to charge me and the additional mail applicant $10.00 each to notarize form ****. According to ** law, a Notary can only ethically charge $2.00 for signature acknowledgment; the fees are predetermined and established by the State; a Notary can not at his own discretion, at his own will change and establish Notary fees as per by ****** actions.Instantly when we walked in , we were not greeted. So I told **** that we were there to submit our documents. He then told us that he was going to charge us for accepting the documents. I told him that I had never heard of such a thing because he is the agent operator that we should not be charged for submitting notarized form **** and supporting. In addition, I had already paid for the mail service 1 year indavance. **** then said that to avoid being charged by him , we could log in and upload the documents and submit the documents that way. The refusal of service by **** made us feel like we were being discriminated against and was embarrassing.I also, logged in to the anytime mailbox portal and I asked him to please walk me through on where to upload the documents and **** refused to assist and literally told us to leave and figure it out on our own over the weekend.I told him that I was recording our conversation and that complaints would be filed and that I was going to get the annual premium of $109 refunded and was going to file a complaint with anytime mailbox, file a complaint with ******* Secretary of State for being out of compliance with the Notary Fees, The Postmaster ******** ****** reviews, *********** Attorney
