      Involved in auto accident 03/2025 and not at fault. The pressure at fault insurance company putting on me was excessive and I knew I needed attorney to handle the injury duration. The accident in ******** so knew needed WA State counsel and ****************************** listed ******* as represented. They quickly responded at 7 pm and did intake and "congratulations we will take your case and you don't have to pay anything until case settled!". Then nothing for weeks and I needed help. After numerous emails back and forth from ******************************, ****** ******** then ******* ******* in advised firm based on ********** . 1 conversation with alleged Attorney in April. They told me to use my private insurance so didn't have to pay it back which is not correct and any legitimate legal counsel knows this it's called Subrogation and yes you do have to pay it back whenever settled. I've had to self pay for care. And they wanted me to upload everything for review!I then knew need to fire Monge to then rehire a legit firm. I contacted 2 very well known and they both declined my case saying since been so long since accident, have seen Provider(s) AND have other counsel can't take case. After 78+ emails and 3 most of my own time I sent another email 07/10/25 saying I want to discontinue relationship due to lack of representation. No response. I send another 07/23/25 if they don't respond by 07/41/25 I will be forced to move forward. Today I get a email from ******* ******* saying discontinued case but doesn't look like firm has responded yet but will Fed-Ex overnight all my files. He totally ignored the reason why. I have a letter drafted to them in ******* and cc: *******************************************. They take advantage of people who are in a vulnerable state and have them sign documents which is unethical, illegal and no way should they be advertising on the Internet!,

      I had an accident in 2021, Monge & Associates did a fabulous job handling my claim and made the process so easy, all I had to worry about was healing and taking care of myself.I hope I dont have the need again, but if I do I know who to call!!!! Monge & Associates

      If you are looking for a law office that specializes in accident injuries that will fight your case with integrity please look elsewhere DO NOT trust Monge and Associates with your case. The lawyer we hired had no compassion we were nothing but a number my husband was in a 18 ******* accident where the 18 ******* made a I turn in the middle of the road and hit my husband almost head on if he didnt swerve so the truck would miss him I probably would be planing a funeral thank goodness it side swiped the driver front end destroying the vehicle a total loss, it was early morning around 5 am we tried doing the right thing by calling the police and then a lawyer we tried lawyer after lawyer with no answer Monge was the only ones to answer but after the telemarketer explained they take 40% after the case is settled I opted to find another lawyer like a lawyer that only charges 25% and when I explained this to him he was very convincing saying of if I chose a cheap lawyer they wouldnt fight my case as hard (I should have stuck to my guns). However, we went along with them. The first red flag was when the case was passed around we talked to three different lawyers until the last lawyer stated she would be working the case from then on she must have been new I explained to her this was our first accident and needed to be walked through the process step by step and updated regularly none of this took place the case was settled a year and 3 mos. later and we didnt get close to what a case like this would get settled for. So please do not go with this law firm.

      Do not hire! I got delayed for months with my case, because they told me the driver who caused our car accident I originally contacted them for did not have insurance. Therefore, they said I had no case, and they couldnt help me. Next day I get a call from an adjuster trying to settle with me. So I call another lawyer. Months of confusion and stress, and only one day with another lawyer turns out the driver does have insurance. After all we have been through and medical bills that are piling up, Monge and associates was clearly the last thing we needed. Im lost for words and beyond disappointed in their service.

      I got in an accident Nov 2022 . I was told that I had a case. I then went to all these doctor appointments that my lawyer ****** told me to do. Got done with treatment. Then was told they are not going to take my case. So now they left me with high medical bills that was leftover. That was so misleading and unfair. They could have told me in the beginning before that they willl not take my case. Now a year and half later I have a bill collector g ********* contacting me about a left over medical that I knew nothing about.

      I have had nothing but a very bad experience with this law firm from start to finish. Even more disappointed in myself that I didnt fire them when I had the opportunity to do so. They are very terrible with communication. There was no compassion for me as a client. I felt that I was very mishandled also seeing how they transitioned me from different case managers and attorneys and never communicated anything to me about it until I called. I would never ever recommend this law firm to another soul as long as I live.

      They are the worst no call back when its time to receive your money they give you the run around about getting YOUR money they received theirs I just want mine!!!nn

      One of the worst experiences ever. Took my case on day one, had me jumping through hoops to get medical records, dates, and receipts. Was then handed off from one case manager another then attorney after attorney. No communication at all. I had to call them monthly for an update just to hear it has now been moved to another attorney who I would have to explain the case to all over again. This went on for over a year. Never once did one person from the firm mention they couldn't take my case. Today get a call stating they have decided this is a case they will not pursue but couldn't tell me why it took a year to decide this. Do not waste your time with these people. Terrible!!

      I had a bad attorney he was not with my time ********************************** is very disappointing to me he has no sympathy for his clients it hard to get in touch with like all the other reviews he always had say he waking on you insurance t so that he can take all the money he can from don't trust him because he care less about you as a person he ducks wish I had fire him **** in my injury case...
