            I cannot believe she holds a law license. I will be seeking sanctions against this attorney. She took on a probate case that is a waste of the courts time and our family's (the victims) money.Her client is in jail for the murder of my mom and she is fighting ME -the only child and sole heir- in probate with inaccurate, unverified facts listed in her opposition to my administration without knowing her client is in jail, and only taking his word for the facts without due diligence or verification, which is tying this case up for months and exhausting our family and my mother's estate and our resources. Strangely, she refuses to speak to opposing counsel like a normal attorney and let us know the status of the case. Speaking to opposing council is standard practice. This is simply another form of victimization. Once this case is concluded, I will also be seeking damages for her malpractice and abuse of the legal system.
