    I purchased a gemstone bracelet from enewton based on their advertised promise of worry-free wear including showering and daily use. After only a few months of normal wear, the stones developed black discoloration around the edges. This is not typical behavior of genuine gemstones like aquamarine, labradorite, moonstone, or amazonite, unless they are dyed or imitation.I contacted customer service and exchanged emails for months. I explained the issue respectfully and in detail, and requested a simple exchange for similarly priced items I know are durable. Instead, enewton offered a vague repair without explaining what would be fixed or how it would prevent the same issue from recurring. When I declined and asked again for an exchange, they refused with a one-line response: We cannot offer you an exchange. Thank you.Their refusal to stand behind their product or even engage meaningfully in the conversation shows a lack of transparency and accountability. For a $42 bracelet advertised as high-quality and durable, this is unacceptable. If you are considering their gemstone jewelry, be aware that the materials may not be what they claim, and the customer service may not support you if something goes wrong.

    Placed an order on 3/10/2025. Recently received the merchandise which is nothing like the picture on their website. Bracelets are so cheap and flimsy looking. The dollar store has nicer bracelets. Not able to return without being severely penalized financially which is outrageous. Asked the merchant for a reasonable refund of money back; they ignored ny request which is why I am asking BBB for their help. This company should be shutdown and can understand why you gave them an F rating.

    I ordered earrings advertised as 1.25 inches. I also own earrings from this business that are 1 inch, so I immediately noticed the "1.25" inch earrings are much larger than the 1 inch earrings. They appear to be twice the size of the 1 inch earrings. My measurement is that they are roughly 1.5 inches, not 1.25. I asked for store credit or a partial refund and I am only able to make a return. I do not want to have to deal with the hassle of a return when the business falsely advertised the size of the product.

    On 11/29/2024, I ordered jewelry from their website and it was delivered on 12/6/2025. I purchased earrings for myself and a necklace that my mother, ****** *****, then paid me for and gave it to me for Christmas, on Christmas day as a wrapped present. I therefore did not start wearing the necklace until Christmas day. On 1/4/2025 (within 30 days of receipt of the necklace), with only 10 days of wear, the necklace broke just from me simply trying to adjust the necklace because the back clasp was in the front of my neck. My mother promptly filled out the online repair request that day which was a Saturday and during closed business hours. She then also called a few days later during normal business hours and left a voicemail. When she received no response within a more than an appropriate amount of time, I too filled out the repair request online on 1/14/2025. When I did not hear from the business, I also left a voicemail during business hours a few days later. As of today, 1/29/2025, neither of us have received a response.I should note that I am a customer with numerous purchases from this company. The necklace that broke was actually a replacement for the same necklace I previously had, but had broken after a year of wear and tear which is understandable because I wear it 24/7. I understand that the repair policy online states that it should be within 30 days of purchase, but this was purchased in the Christmas season and the necklace was only worn for 10 days. Also, as mentioned before, the necklace was delivered on 12/6/2025 and that does fall within 30 days of our request for repair on 1/4/2025. My mother and I have been loyal customers since at least 2021 without any issue or complaint and have made multiple purchases prior to this. I still would like the necklace repaired, but if the company is unwilling to do so, then I would like a refund for defective goods.

    I placed an order for a stack bracelet comes with 3 bracelets for a Christmas gift and the day I gave the gift to my sister the larger of the 3 bracelets snapped I had put the elastic bracelet as well as the beads in a baggie and immediately emailed customer service and filed out a repair/replacement form it has been over a month now and have had zero resolution Im bot looking for my money back I just want the bracelet replaced it was a gift.item was the simply gold classic stack 4mm

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. To also note that for the future dont make it the consumers fault for the reason communication is not done in a timely manner due to the condescending email I received from enewton in response to filing a complaint. As stated the original repair replace claim was filed December 25th 2024.

    I ordered my future DIL a gift on 12/5. The company said my gift would would ship in at least 14 days. The gift DID NOT SHIP until day ******************* transient by the ****.

    12/3/2024 I want the product I ordered. Refusing to ship and sending harassing emails. They have taken my money and are holding the order, and not shipping it even though they said it's in stock.
