    Paid $850 for merchandise on 5/12. Was told by the business owner that my merchandise would be ready for pick up in 3 to 5 business days. I went back to business on 5/25 because I had not heard from them nor received my merchandise and I was told that the merchandise isnt ready and they would call me on 5/27. I never received any communication from them as promised on 5/27 nor since then despite my attempts to reach them. They have SEVERAL similar complaints and are clearly scamming people out of their money.

    January 2024 I drove from ****** Ms to Buford Ga to purchase a custom diamond grill in the amount of 8300 dollars which i paid in full. At the time of purchase I was told to wait 7-10 business days for my order to be ready for pickup or pay an additional 2500 for next day pickup. After the 7-10 days pass I contacted the business to see when will i be able to pick them up and I was told They are still at the diamond setter. Days go by and i attempt to reach out again and I was told We didnt like the diamonds on the grill go we sent them back as time goes on I still dont have a update so i drive to Ga and once im at the shop Im showed another customer grill and told yours look like this come back next week and they will be here . I call them to see if my order is ready and again ** told the diamond setter still has them. Its now May ************************************** money back . After getting the run around for months all i want is my 8300 returned

    I paid for a top grill 2/20/24 and have not yet received my product. I was told it take 7 to 10 business days. Today is 4/2/24 I have yet received the product or my refund I keep asking for. My phone number is now automated going to voicemail when I call the store. Every employee at the store give me the run around when I pull up. No one is willing to give me a refund or my product. Im tired of keep wasting gas to ask for my money back. I file complaints, I even wrote a letter to the establishment no response. I paid ***** for my grill.

    On 06/23/2023 I went in ************* and paid $7600 for 16 diamond teeth. Over 7 months later and still havent received what I paid for and no effort to communicate a time or date of when I will receive my product. The business number has ignored all call since payment has been made. Legal action will be taken if business fails to resolve issue.

    Whoever is running this business is a scammer whether thats the manger or (Jr) sitting at the front. I paid $2350, TOTAL, for a pair of canines to be done on the same day. I went and pulled $500 from the nearest atm for the same day service, but I never saw the grillz again, after I said the left canine grillz didnt fit properly. I have reached out to them many times and have made numerous trips to the business. I am clearly just warning anyone who is looking to purchase a grillz, to purchase it with a real grillz shop, because this isnt it. Today marks the 30 days that they promise to have the grillz done within the printed receipt they give you. If you have trouble getting your grillz, you can report them and even get an attorney involved, as the next best thing. Overall, it will be hard to get a refund for the service you paid for, due to the nature of the so called company they claim to be because no one wants to provide direct information, either.and it wont matter, which number they gives you, because they will still provide excuses as to why its not done. Lastly, I just want to express how much of a ****** place this is, and whoever owns it should be ashamed, with all disrespect.

    Went to Atown Grillz on april 16 2023 made an order for $2359 to business through cashapp. Today is May 30 2023 goin on 2mo since placing order and still no product. I paid an additional $65 for overnight shipping and was promised my product within 3-5 business days which didnt happen. Was notified to pick up grill on May 13 and they would discuss compensation for delays and upon arrival was given the run around. Promised finished product the following weekend only to get no answer to calls and text. I just want money back instead of waiting on a product that I may never receive.

    Went in to buy a grill for ****** with my brother and I on December 8th was told it would be ready within 2 weeks its now February 1st. My brother passed December 25th I was lied to about my grill being ready when I went to speak with associate JR on 01/30 he declined and ignored all calls and text after visiting the establishment on on Sunday January 30th. Today the owner reached out to me stating he wasnt aware of what was going on advised he would have it ready soon asked for a full refund being that its been two months and the grill still isnt ready he declined I will be taking legal action.

    On the date of 05/26/2022 I purchased a Diamond Grillz from this business. The purchase was $4500, and the money was wired to the business the same day. I was told that I would receive my product in roughly two weeks. Communication was clear in the beginning, and I was told that my product was in works. When I did not receive the product, I called and spoke to one of the members and was told that it was a slight delay. The communication started to degrade over time, and it became harder to contact the store. Over the next few months whenever I got in contact with anyone, I was told that they would go to the location where the product was being made and give me a call. I never received calls back and would have to touch bases with them again. I drove back to the store on 11/15/2022 to check on my purchase in person. I was told that the owner wasn't there and that I would be contacted when he returned. I was contacted by a representative of the business and was told that there was a few orders ahead of mine but I never received the status of my order or if it was made. I've been waiting and feel as though I 'm not going to receive an adequate update. At this moment in time I would prefer to receive a refund seeing as though my product has been missing for months.

    11/07/2022 $615.00 I walked into the establishment and purchased a grill. They told me that it would take 3 to 5 business days. Here it is 9 business days later and they keep telling me that it has arrived but for some reason its not ready. For the past three days they told me that they would be ready and to call. Today was the day the guy told me a specific time and now its another delay. The guy said that he has to go get them but he has to contact the other guy at the establishment to find out where they are. And he was supposed to call me back never did. Im beginning to feel like these guys are planning to just run off with my money. Theyre not conducting business in a fashion where I feel comfortable spending my money. I have to keep calling and harassing them for something that rightfully belongs to me. Im beginning to wonder if my grill was ever being created at this point. I just dont know what to believe and I hope something is done about this matter. At this point, I just want my money back and to take my business elsewhere! I dont want to wait any longer for my money when I had to pay upfront for their services. I feel its only fair I get my money upfront in return. I had to cashapp the guy in the store. My bank statement shows the establishment name and purchase. So I have proof
