Like the previous reviews, we were almost scammed by these folks. I'm sure they will change their name soon. The contract they present states that the seller does not have to pay into the escrow... sounds good, how can one lose, right? But, it states that "fees, costs, expenses, taxes, etc..." when required payment is to come directly from the Seller...the scam is they will hit the seller with taxes from ****** and fees. But, there are no taxes from ******. You pay, and you lose! Notice also the company claims to have an "A+" BBB, but the BBB shows "not accredited". These scammers get cleverer all the time!

We have recently been notified by the Better Business Bureau of *******, of your complaint against Strategic Escrow Services, LLC. I am writing to notify you that our company, Strategic Escrow Services, LLC, has been misrepresented in the marketplace as a company that holds escrow funds for Time Share transactions. We are working with *********************** of the BBB of Metro Atlanta to remove ********************** and others from our account, as they are not associated with the rightful business of Strategic Escrow Services.
