    Several months ago I completed a Booster via the Steady app. I never received a payment, although it was showing the status of completed. After waiting several weeks, I emailed customer service. I received no response. I emailed a second time, explaining the situation, and again, was not given a response. The third time I emailed, I went to check the status of my account via the ******************** app, and was surprised to see that the app is currently under renovation. It has been three months, and I want the $20.00 I worked for.

    Did some boosters. One for $20.00 and one for $10. Says completed, but never paid out. Email wont respond

    I completed two boosters beginning of last month and have not been paid out. *** contacted them and have not received one response from them i just want my payments at this point way better apps to make money without the hassle !

    On August , 2023 I received email confirmation from the steady platform stating that I had completed the Free Cash booster and had earned a payment of $25 and I would receive within 90 days. It has been almost 100 days now and they do not respond to my emails.

    Steady had a $50 booster for Novo. The requirements was to deposit $50 into my Novo account which I did. And Steady App acknowledged that only by marking the booster as completed. However, I did not get paid the $50 for completing the booster. My complaint today is for Steady to pay me the $50 that they owe me, I never received an email stating that I had completed the booster nor have I received any responses to any of the emails that I have sent them. Upon extensive research on this company I have learned that this is normal behavior for them however, it is unacceptable! I want the $50 that I owed. My Steady email is ******************* Thank you

    They claim to pay you,yes you join and 8 months later they reply.they claim none of your boosters were shown as joined. They don't do as they claim..as none of my boosters have been paid..

    I did a offer on the steady app and was told my money would post in 5 to 7 business days and it is now November and nothing has posted have contacted them multiple times and only received a response one time

    I completed two "boosters" during the month of June and now, over four months later I still have not been paid for either of the completed boosters. First, I completed the Upgrade Booster to receive a $20 reward with my confirmation email being received June 8th, but still no payment. I also completed the Webull Booster to receive a $45 reward, confirmation email received June 22 but still no payment. I've reached out multiple times since 90 days has passed without being paid. The first time reaching out being over a month ago on September 15th, and not even a single reply regarding the matter.

    I am rejecting this response because: the company has finally responded to my emails by acknowledging the fact that I am owed money, but instead of paying me now,  they're saying please allow **** more business days. It's advertised to please allow up to 90 days for payment which is already ridiculous but I've already waited over 120 days for a payment that shouldn't take anywhere near 90 days.

    I am rejecting this response because:I should not have had to go to these lengths for this company to correct multiple broken promises that are made in plain text on their website, in automated responses, and human generated responses. Not to mention the fact that the company stopped responding to me and didn't respond again until the BBB got involved. Then all of a sudden, payments I had been waiting on for over four months were made to me in under a week. This company gives the impression that they are here to help people and provide a "Steady " side income at the least...definitely not. The amount of effort I put into getting the money owed to me may have been more than the amount of effort it took to make the money in the first place. If I was an employee the law would also require a payment for liquidated damages. Thanks for wasting my time...two times.

    I completed two boosters. One on 6/29/23 payout $20 & the other on 7/27/23 payout $45. Emailed to confirm completion status on their end. Received an email back confirming the info stated above on 8/22/23 and stating allow up to 90 days for payout. Its been well over 90 days for the first reward booster and the second one will be at 90 days on 10/25/23. Ive emailed two more times on 9/27/23 and 10/4/23 and no response back. You dont find out about the 90 day waiting period until boosters are completed. I followed the guidelines/steps set forth by Steady in the timeframe needed. Also maintaining the accounts, keeping them current, and also keeping the Steady app downloaded to my device. ********************, on the other hand, gets to ignore the rules they put in place and ignore customer emails. All I care about it being compensated in my bank Account they have on file. Not a virtual debit card.
