    I am filing a formal complaint against Zudi Tech due to their inadequate response and poor customer service regarding a recent purchase I made from their company.On March 26th 2024, I purchased three **** R740XD servers from Zudi Tech. Despite the significant investment I made in their products, I have been met with complete silence from their customer service team. Despite repeated attempts to contact them through phone calls, emails, and online support tickets, I have not received any response whatsoever.This lack of communication and support is utterly unacceptable. As a consumer, I expect to receive prompt and efficient customer service, particularly when dealing with purchases of this magnitude. Zudi Tech's failure to respond to my inquiries for over three weeks is not only unprofessional but also reflects a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I request that Zudi Tech provide me with a detailed update on the status of my order within the next 24 hours, along with a clear timeline for resolution. Furthermore, I urge the Better Business Bureau to intervene in this matter to ensure that Zudi Tech fulfills its obligations to its customers.If Zudi Tech fails to address this issue promptly and adequately, I will have no choice but to pursue further action, including escalating this complaint to relevant consumer protection agencies and exploring legal options to uphold my rights as a consumer.I trust that the Better Business Bureau will investigate this complaint thoroughly and take appropriate action to hold Zudi Tech accountable for their lack of responsiveness and poor customer service.
